INTRODUCTION Description R.6.1 is a major release of Selectica Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM), focusing on several new features, numerous design improvements and additional integrations. These Release Notes describe product enhancements, notable fixes, system changes and known issues for the scope of this release. Please refer to the Installation & Upgrade Guide for detailed upgrade and configuration changes. HIGHLIGHTS OF SELECTICA CLM R.6.1 Description The following is a list of some highlights that modify or extend the functionality of the CLM application. CONTRACT PACKAGES Selectica CLM Release 6.1 introduces the ability to generate and version multiple contract documents. Users can generate contract documents using multiple templates and use tools to check-out, check-in and compare documents simultaneously. All functions are available in Third Party Paper mode. The Microsoft Word plugin has been updated to handle multiple documents. The system is modified to be document independent and template-centric. Template maintenance is also updated for compatibility with contract packages. New features have been introduced to give users the power to control template display order, visibility and auto-selection. Standard attachments are also introduced. See Selectica CLM User guides for full details. IMPROVED SEARCH Selectica CLM Release 6.1 gives users the ability to configure the CLM application search results screen via the in-app Navigation Composer. Furthermore, users can filter results on multiple parameters, sort, re-order columns, and export results to multiple file formats. FASTER NAVIGATION Selectica CLM Release 6.1 adds new buttons and improves button layout to improve user experience and facilitate faster navigation through the Contract Lifecycle. Major improvements have been made to the Create Contract, Contract Versions and Reconciliation page layouts. Refer to Selectica CLM User guides for details. NEW CONFIGURABLE MESSAGING Selectica CLM Release 6.1 introduces a new messaging mechanism that offers complete customizability. Some new triggers for messages have been added to the system. DOCUSIGN CONSOLE INTEGRATION Selectica CLM Release 6.1 Integrates with DocuSign bringing a complete suite of esignature capability in one out-of-the-box solution. With Selectica esignature Integration for DocuSign Tagging Console, CLM users gain one-click access to all of the DocuSign features and capabilities.

NEW UI SKIN The user interface of Selectica CLM 6.1 has been redesigned with a new modern look and feel and improves the display of contract metadata. SUPPORT FOR INTERNET EXPLORER 10 Selectica CLM Release 6.1 now supports Internet Explorer 10. SUPPORT FOR OFFICE 2013 Selectica CLM Release 6.1 now supports Microsoft Office 2013. Contracts Force Selectica CLM Release 6.1 integrates with Salesforce. It renders CLM inside Salesforce, enabling seamless end-to-end data flow between the two systems. Sort alphabetically by document names (ignore case). Show only.doc or.docx files. Note: In multi-document mode a user may select a Third Party Paper AND a Template to create the first draft. In order to avoid mix and match

Administrators can set Visibility conditions on Templates to hide them when Third Party Paper mode is being used. 1.19. CLM-15559 Source column details for Contract Versions screen. The source column indicates how this document was created. Possible values are: Generated: The document was selected in the document select pop-up and generated Copied: The document was generated in the previous version and copied forward to maintain template package consistency after checkin Approved: If there was an approval stage before Rejected: If the contract was returned to the current stage from a later stage Draft: When a document is uploaded but not checked-in Checked In: When a document is checked-in 1.20. CLM-16909 Add more information on Template Selection in Create Contract page: In Create Contract page, after template selection display the following message: N template(s) selected. Click Generate to generate contract documents using the templates selected. Click Preview to preview the documents. Click Select Templates to change your selections. This message should be in language.properties (if not already) so that if button labels are modified this message can also be modified. 2. Improved Search 2.1. CLM-13909 Search Results: Add the ability to add additional columns to results screen 2.2. CLM-13910 Search Results: Ability to download multiple documents 2.3. CLM-13911 Dashboard Search will have the option to filter on contracts, attachments or both 2.4. CLM-14988 Search Results Column: Add BO Name as a column 2.5. CLM-16864 Add Search DEFAULTS When searching for a keyword from the Dashboard Search, note that the resulting columns display the tracking number, but there is no information about the Business Object of the matching records. When user does a search and selects the search option (Attachments, Contracts, Both) the selection is lost. System should remember the last search option.
