Resolved Issues The following list details the issues have been resolved in this release. When attempting to tick or untick the Avail checkbox for a given appointment entry within the Modify Appointment Template screen, the preceding appointment entry s Avail checkbox was being incorrectly ticked/unticked instead. When an extended appointment s duration time is reduced (e.g. changed from 9 11am to 9 10am), the freed up time period (e.g. 10 11am) is shown as a single timeslot instead of reverting back to multiple timeslots based on the default interval set within the corresponding appointment template. When setting the Effective Date for a New Service Fee, the current time, when the date was first selected, was being used; e.g. Effective Date of 1-Jan-2017 at 10:09 am. This issue has been resolved so that the time associated with the selected Effective Date is always 00:00 am (i.e. midnight). Importing large files via the Message Transfer Utility was taking a long time, which, in some scenarios, caused the utility to crash. When sending a Word formatted Out Box document greater than 6 KB in size to a Healthlink Recipient (converted from RTF to RSD), only part of the document was created after converting to the HealthLink format. New screening records with Measurements that have a dropdown menu ( Combo data type, with associated Choices ) were not displaying all of the listed items (Choices) correctly. The associated date of each screening record, under the Screening tab (Screening History) of the Patient Manager, were being incorrectly displayed (The dates were being truncated). The Receive and Send pathways for the RSD HL7 Version 2.4 format (RSD02) message type, under the Settings tab of the Message Transfer Utility were not visible even though an entry for each path exists within the database. Duplicate recalls were being created when Apply Auto Recall was used. For new patients without an Ethnicity defined in their patient register, Recalls were not being added automatically even though they met the eligibility criteria. From the Query Builder, the wording of the NHI Validation Code options (for the condition, IN) was cut off. When running a query where the output includes "Referred by Name Full Name", patients with a blank Referred by field were not listed, even when they met the query criteria and the condition did not include "Referred by". The Scanning audit s First Added staff code was incorrectly changing from the staff member who performed the scan to the staff member who filed the scan. Preconfigured invoiced service annotation entries (entered in the Annotation tab for a given service under Setup Accounting Services) were not being displayed/printed even though the Invoice Form was set to Detailed. The Waiting Room screen was displaying fields that were not relevant to the Waiting Room. Copyright Medtech Limited Page 11 of 14
The re-importing of partially imported GP2GP files was not allowed. When finalising claims, the message Claims already exists for Provider was popping up in error. When changing the Registration Status, the Cannot post ANYALERT row error message was popping up. The Patient Palette, on occasion, was not refreshing correctly when changing the active patient. In certain scenarios, when adding a new patient to Medtech32, recalls were not being applied correctly. In certain scenarios, SMS Appointment Reminders were not being cancelled when the corresponding appointment was cancelled. Appointment Template auditing was not showing the full audit history. Provider Inbox records were not selected correctly when inactivating items in the list. Auto Recalls were not applying to new patients when added to the Patient Register without an Ethnicity selected. New URLs have been implemented as part of a review of the System Maintenance module. Refer to the Installation Instructions for further information. Copyright Medtech Limited Page 12 of 14
NES Changes When synchronising data between Medtech32 and NHI, the checkbox for Place of Birth will be unticked if this field is blank in NHI. This will avoid mistakenly overwriting the Medtech32 data with blank NHI data while validating the patient s NHI. When a patient s Enrolment Status is changed to Un-enrolled (U) via the National Enrolment Services (NES), this is now reflected back on the Patient Palette where the Enrolment Status and Funding Status of a patient are displayed. Resolved Issues The potential security vulnerability due to the failing of encryption of communication between the Medtech32 NES module and the Medtech NES Web Application has been resolved. When activating NES in the Medtech32 PMS by entering the NES Username the system was allowing spaces before or after the Username and there were no error messages to indicate that the credentials were invalid. When editing non-core fields in the Patient Register screen (e.g. Mobile Ph, Notes, Marital status, etc.) for a validated patient, the Medtech32 PMS was, in some situations, incorrectly showing the patient was not synchronised, leading to the NHI number displaying in an orange colour. NES-related Patient Register changes, captured in the Patient Register Audit, were not indicating the information update source. NZePS Changes Resolved Issues After clicking the Prescribe button from the Drug Search screen for a selected Personal medication, the New Patient Medication screen was not closing.
