Overall Transition Status NPAC SMS Platform Build Outreach and Onboarding Industry Testing Data Migration and Go-Live Data center construction is complete Release A development is complete Release B development is complete for planned functionality, but minimal buffer remains to accommodate new requirements/issues 93% of SP/SB/PTRS SPIDs are engaged in onboarding, 83% are complete 68% of ELEP entities have registered, 16% have completed service agreements Vendor testing has surfaced issues, which are requiring longer than planned timeframe to resolve Release A testing is in progress Vendor testing: 5 systems certified and 7 conditionally certified Service provider testing: 18 mechanized systems complete 11 Acceptance Test Plans (ATP) approved Finalizing parallel operations requirements Data migration testing complete for all regions On Track At Risk Critical 7

Transition Test Program Test Program Components Performance testing is a key component of the overall Test Program to ensure a successful LNPA Transition Development Testing Independent Quality Assurance Vendor Testing* Mechanized User Testing* Internal Testing Performance Testing Internal Industry Test Cases External Testing Group/Round Robin Testing LTI GUI Testing Acceptance Testing NPAC/SMS* WDNC IVR Low-Tech Interface ELEP PAS Data Migration Billing Performance Integration Testing IVR, Reporting, Bulk Data Download Non-mechanized User Testing Business Continuity Disaster Recovery Security Performance Testing Preliminary testing for Release B is in progress Load generators create high volumes of porting transactions with the fullyconfigured NPAC test system The environment includes simulators for the required number of local systems (SOA and LSMS) as per a production Region configuration All specified FRS performance requirements have been met or exceeded so far iconectiv is on schedule to execute the full Performance Acceptance Test Plan (ATP), based on NANC Change Order 397 * The NPAC/SMS Acceptance Test Plan is comprised of mandatory vendor and mechanized user testing The industry defined Test Plan refers to the NPAC SMS/Individual Service Provider Certification and Regression Test Plan, which is currently used to certify new entrants and conduct regression testing of existing users 15

Mechanized User Connectivity and Discretionary Activities During the Transition

Mechanized User Connectivity Reminder: Mechanized users should be in process of establishing production connectivity to the iconectiv NPAC to ensure adherence to the transition timeline Mechanized users START NOW! Key Considerations for Establishing Connectivity Production connectivity is to be complete by 12/31/17 (less than 8 weeks away) Key activities required by mechanized users include: Dedicated line installation, configuration and validation Ordering of production network facilities Connectivity testing that will be done in regularly-scheduled maintenance windows using production systems and spread across five maintenance windows If you have any questions or concerns regarding connectivity, please reach out to iconectiv at NPAC@iconectiv.numberportability.com 17

Contingency Rollback Update
