Patient Reports Patient Lab Report (https://korus.spectra-labs.com) Click the blue Patient link in the menu list to the left Click Patient Lab Select Patient Select Draw Date Click Open er icon Cumulative Report Click the blue Patient link in the menu list to the left Click Cumulative Optional Select Patients - Click box with arrow to open Patient Selection box - Selection Options: º To select all patients, click Add All º To select one patient at a time, click and drag the patient name to the right selected patient pane º To select random patients, hold the CTRL key down and click to select random patients. Once all patients have been highlighted, click ADD º After all needed patients have been selected, click OK Enter Date Range 2

Select Language Preferred *, English or Spanish (Note: A patient s preferred language can be designated in Patient Registration for facilities that manage patient registration in Korus) icon Editable Custom Rounding Report Click the blue Patient link in the menu list to the left Click Rounding - Customized Select Tests Click, Drag and Drop tests from the left Available Tests box to the Selected Tests box on the right 4
Click OK ADVANCED TIP: You can name and save a report by clicking SAVE at the bottom left of the Filter panel. Enter Date Range To Save a Filter: Select all desired options for a report (Filters, Patients, Tests) Click Save Enter a name for the Filter Click OK To Use a Saved Filter: Click the Filter drop down arrow at the top of the Filter panel Select the desired saved Filter Enter the desired month or date range The following message will appear: Filter [Filter name here] has been modified. Do you want to save the changes? Yes No Click No Click No to save Filter if running saved report (system asking to save the date Filter) To Delete a Saved Filter: Click Filter drop down arrow at the top of the Filter panel Select the Filter to be deleted A box will appear: Delete Saved Filter Click Delete Saved Filter Click OK 5
icon Editable Facility Reports Anemia, Bone, Nutrition, Hemo and PD Adequacy Reports Click Facility Click one: Anemia, Bone Health, Nutrition, Hemodialysis or Peritoneal Dialysis Adequacy Select Month The Outcome tab will display a distribution report. Use the arrows to navigate to distribution information for each test in the report The Detail tab will display patient specific details. The Detail tab can be filtered to see just those patients that meet desired criteria. Filters are located below the Month selector and above the Run function. After entering Filters, click Run to apply 6
icon Editable Monthly Clinical Outcomes Report Click Facility Click Monthly Clinical Outcomes Select Month The Outcome tab will display a QAPI report - % Met and % Change for 8 key indicators. Use the arrows to navigate graphs for each test in the report The Targets Met tab will display % of patients meeting 0-8 key targets 7
