Rail Mall 4.0 At a glance Ordering spare parts with only a few clicks 24/7 for over 16 years! Our online service for an efficient and aligned spare parts purchasing process. You can order spare parts or obtain information about availability, lead time and prices wherever and whenever you like. With over 130,000 spare parts and components available for Siemens trains and infrastructure we can guarantee a reliable and fast service tailored to your requirements. Additionally, you can easily process return consignments in case of faulty hardware or software by using our online interface. Rail Mall 4.0 - At a glance www.siemens.com/railmall In the Siemens Mobility Rail Mall you can also browse through our portfolio without registration. The website is available in English, German and Norwegian. Choose your preferred language by using the menu in the top right corner of the Window. Search Options You can choose a specific catalog and search or browse for the desired product within the selected catalog. If you are logged in, you may select your personalized product catalogs and get information on prices and availability. If you know the name or article number of the product you are searching for, you can type it into the search bar at the top left. This way you can search for your product across all catalogs available to you. Page 5
Search Options Catalog with product list Each catalog contains a product list which includes all relevant materials. Click on a specific product to get more information. You can also set different filters to refine the search. Page 6
Search Options Product search A product search will return matching products from the different catalogs. Like the catalog search, you will get more information with one click on the specific product. To get a price and availability information it is necessary to log on. Also, a search for customer specific material numbers is only possible if you are logged on. Page 7
Registration at Rail Mall Click on Login or the hyperlink next to the product. If you already have a user account for Rail Mall, you can log on immediately with your e-mail address and password. If you have more than one customer account you can choose the account from which you want to order spare parts in this session. If you want to create a new account, please choose the Register button. Registration at Rail Mall For a new registration, please fill in the provided form and click on Register. Check Service, if you want to sign up for processing return infrastructure consignments. This is not relevant for customers if they only want to use the spare parts shop. Once the account is activated and a customer allocated, you will receive a confirmation e-mail. Click on the link provided in the e-mail to unlock the account and set a password. You will be redirected to the Rail Mall landing page where you can use your e-mail address and password to log in. Registration at Rail Mall Select a feature (only by corresponding registration) Shop: If you have more than one customer account, you can choose the account from which you want to order spare parts in this session. If you have only one customer account, this selection is not available for you. Service: This section is only available to you if you have signed up for Service during the registration process. Please note: At the moment, this function is only available for infrastructure customers but will be extended globally. Teamroom: Here you will be redirected to your teamroom. Only available to you if you have already applied and were accepted to a virtual teamroom. Page 10

Select one of the available options and type in the amount you want to order. Click on Add to cart afterwards to add the selected amount to your order. Page 11
Order process The shopping cart In the shopping cart you can check the products you have added and initiate the checkout process. You can check the products you have added, as well as availability and prices. If you want to delete products from the cart or change the amount you can do that directly in the cart view. If you want to change the order number, type in a different number and refresh by using. Proceed by clicking on Checkout. Of course you also have the possibility to continue shopping and add more materials to the cart. Page 12
Order process Address & Delivery Options The checkout process consists of Address & Delivery Options, Payment and Summary. In this step you can create a new delivery address select one of your saved delivery addresses on the left-hand side. For a new address, select a country first and fill in all fields marked with an *. Save the address by checking Save address to address book. This way you can use the address for future purchases. Second, please select one of the shipping options (left bottom side) available for your order in case your cart contains express materials. For every option, a short description is available. Page 13
Order process Address & Delivery Options If you have selected Express then you have up to four delivery options. Please note: The options are dependent on stock situation material meets the delivery requirements delivery address meets delivery requirements The options are only visible when all criteria are met. If only part of the ordered amount is on stock, it is possible to split the order. A short description of each option is available within the shop. Page 14
Order process Payment If available, please provide your customer order number and confirm by clicking on Next. If you are a Siemens internal customer, please select: the product related platform the related project the Vehicle number you order for the Error number if available Confirm by clicking on Next. Order process Summary In the last step of the checkout process you can check the products before finalizing the order. Confirm that you accept the delivery and commercial conditions (customer individual) as well as the general terms and conditions. After the order is complete, you will receive an order confirmation via e-mail, as soon as confirmed from the system, you will receive a second e-mail confirming that the order is being processed. Once the shipment is on the way to your delivery address you can check the progress using the tracking number provided in the e-mail. Page 16
Price and Material Request Price Request If a price is not displayed for a material once you are logged in, an individualized Price Request can be submitted. After the processing of the request, you will receive a message that all information for this material is now available and you can order it. Page 17
Price and Material Request Material Request In the case you are unable to find a desired product, it is possible to send an individualized material request to us. After the processing of the request, you will receive a message with further information from our customer service. Page 18
Miscellaneous Account settings Click on My Account to change settings related to your profile. In your Account you find the option Profile where you can see your profile data. Click on Address Book to see all of your saved addresses (you may delete addresses in this view as well). Page 19
Miscellaneous Account settings Click on Order History to find information about your orders: Set different filters to find specific orders View the current order status Export the order data as Excel file Find the related tracking ID after the order has been completed Click on Change password to update your password. Provide your current password and create a new password according to the provided rules. Finish the process by clicking on Change password. Page 20

Miscellaneous Forgot your password? In case you forgot your password you can request a new one at any time. Due to privacy reasons you can only do this yourself. To request a new password click Forgot your password? on the home page. A new screen will appear requesting you to enter your e-mail address, then click on Send e-mail. You will receive an e-mail containing a link to update your password. As soon as your password has been refreshed, you can directly log in to Rail Mall 4.0. Page 22
Miscellaneous The Teamroom Our virtual Teamrooms facilitates the communication between customers, business partners and Siemens by giving all parties the opportunity to share documents and further information. You can apply for access to a Teamroom by sending an e-mail to railmall.mobility@siemens.com Once you have access to one or more Teamroom, there is a link provided in the Site Explorer. Alternatively, you can enter your Teamroom directly after logging in to your account. Page 23
