IMPORTANT INFORMATION - Agreement on In-company Period The agreement must be completed electronically as the project title will be transferred to the diploma. The agreement must be completed in consultation between the student, the academic supervisor, the company supervisor and the programme coordinator, who must all sign it. If the agreement is submitted from the student s SDU email, this will be equated with a signature and it is not necessary for the student to sign the contract. The agreement must be enclosed relevant documentation. Failure to meet the prerequisites for the in-company period (as specified in the module description) will render the agreement invalid. The Academic Study Board may grant an exemption from this rule. The signed agreement is sent via the student's SDU email to studienaevn@tek.sdu.dk. The agreement must be approved by the Academic Study Board prior to the specified start date. Any changes in the contractual terms or deviation from the requirements stated in the module description require an application for exemption to the Academic Study Board. Page 1 of 7
