DESIGN OF THE CONTROL The SMT 750 is composed of a control power module (CPM) and an operating module (OM). The operating module of the SMT 750 may be integrated in the cover of the control power module, but is also available as a separate component, for example, for integration in the guide rail of the door. The control power module can be mounted to the drive using available optional adapters. If the control functions of the control should be available on both sides of a door, another operating module can be connected to the control power module without any problem using the CAN-bus system architecture of the SMT 750. SMT 750 BENEFITS Modular, stable and versatile ease of use and programming The modular door control of Stricker is designed for use with your motor-driven, industrially used door. The SMT 750 takes care of a number of important tasks. This includes the control of the drive and the brake as well as the communication with the position sensor and the associated position evaluation of the door. Furthermore, the SMT 750 monitors and evaluates all connected safety elements. high stability and functionality control unit and control panel can be installed in physically separated locations the control can be easily retrofitted to models of other manufacturers designed for use with dynamically operated section doors and other door systems Control power module with separate operating module mounted to the drive Control power module with integrated operating module In addition, the SMT 750 meets the requirements of many different users and thus functions as the central interface for the use of your door for the operator who operates the door daily and the technician, who carries out maintenance on a regular basis. also light grids, RFID systems etc. can be operated with the control all standard requirements and current legal guidelines are met or exceeded the operator module also serves as a traffic light for increased safety THE CONTROL POWER MODULE Function and performance logic of the SMT 750 are combined in the control power module. The connecting terminals are removable, colored-coded and labeled according to function for an easier connection of the components. To ensure better safety, separate areas for high and low voltage are provided.
THE OPERATING MODULE The control can be operated and programmed using the OPEN, STOP and CLOSE button. Three capacitive buttons ensure easy and straightforward operation. They work without a pressure point and react merely to the proximity of the finger. Thus, for example, constant putting on and taking off work gloves can be avoided. The expected feedback from actuating a button occurs via a yellow background illumination. The red and green keyboard illumination serves as a traffic light for increased safety. The display shows operating and error messages.
