Find Your Rate Plan Analysis Reports Online Now you can easily find your automated monthly Rate Plan Analysis Reports or customized on demand Rate Plan Analysis Reports directly from Premier! Click here to get started. Next, find Rate Plan Analysis Reports for a billing account or for a wireless number. Choose one of these options. Then click Continue. Images are for illustrative purposes only. 2

Search Results for Requested Reports The completed Rate Plan Analysis Reports are listed for the selected billing account or wireless number. Note: Reports that contain more than 100 wireless numbers are available only by email. Click View to open a report in a webpage. Click Download to download and save a report in Microsoft Excel (XLS) format. Click Email to send a report to the email address in your Premier login profile. View Your Rate Plan Analysis Report The Rate Plan Analysis Report includes: Current rate plan, data plan, and messaging feature with cost. Recommended individual plan, compatible data add-on and features with estimated cost. Recommended group voice plan, compatible data add-on and features with estimated cost. Recommended shared data plan (with bundled or compatible voice plan), and features with estimated cost. Recommended pooling plan with estimated cost. Additional standalone feature recommendations. Average monthly usage for voice, data and messaging. View your report in Excel (XLS) format when you download or email your report. Image is for illustrative purposes only. 4

Implement Recommended Changes When viewing your Rate Plan Analysis Report online, you can help reduce costs by selecting a recommended individual rate plan based on your usage history. Note: Some rate plans recommended by the Rate Plan Analysis Report may not be sold through Premier or available to you based on your Employee Group and contract. Click Change to go to the Change Rate Plan flow with this plan and wireless number pre-selected. Before leaving your report, you can download or note the recommendation. Additional Information You can retrieve in Premier the completed monthly reports that are automatically run for each billing account. To initiate a new one-time Rate Plan Analysis Report, you need to contact your account team. Once the report is completed, it will be accessible from Premier. The Change option is displayed for individual rate plans and available if you have the permissions to change your rate plan. The new permission Download and View Rate Plan Analysis Reports allows you to download and view Rate Plan Analysis Reports. Some rate plans recommended by the Rate Plan Analysis Report may not be sold through Premier or available to you based on your Employee Group and contract. If you have questions about rate plan availability please work with your Account Team. Though the Rate Plan Analysis functionality will be available on June 10, 2013, you may not see any Rate Plan Analysis search results for a period of time after launch, until the data becomes available for download. o o Already completed customer-initiated reports will be available for viewing or download in Premier upon availability of the data following deployment. Because the monthly Rate Plan Analysis reports take a month to complete, you will not see the first monthly reports in Premier until the next bill cycle, one month or more after the release. 6
