If you don t get this pop up after hitting send. It means your key request has not been sent, if this is the case. Please close down all programs and repeat the process. If you do get the above pop up all is good, and we will send you the key. We will send you the unique license key for respective desktop/laptop within next 24hours or before. We do this to protect your purchase and keep the value of the system, yes it is a hassle, but once installed on your PC you will have access to it straight away, plus we can make enhancements to systems, and your software will automatically be updated, no need to download it again. Frequently Asked Questions. 1. How do I unzip my software? Your computer should do this automatically, however if you have a PC without an unzip program, please go to http://members.ozemail.com.au/~nulifetv/freezip/ and get a free copy. 2. I have not got a key to open the software. OK, you need to have filled in the top line of the green box with your main email address and hit send, what that does is send us a serial number that we make into a key. That is the only way you can register. We then send that key back to you on the same email address you put into the box. Once you have done that it can take up to 24 hours to receive the key usually a lot quicker. If you have not received the key in that time, please check your spam or trash folder as lots of email goes in there, so please check there for the key. If you can not find it then email support on steve@winningmore.com With the software name, the email address that you sent the key from. 3. I have the key and it will not work? The key will only work on the computer that you sent the email from, as it reads the serial number to produce the key. IT WILL NOT WORK ON ANY OTHER COMPUTER! One key, per computer, you have a licence for one computer only. If you want to run on more than one, please purchase another key. 4. It will not run on my Mac computer? Correct, as stated on the website. 5. I can not get to the software to run? Most common reason for this is your computer has an old or no net.
