2 Overview This document provides an example meeting invite message for an Interoute One Bridge customer with three dedicated DDI, access to shared DDIs and a Virtual Meeting Room (VMR) with the following settings: Display name: John Smith Call ID: 0001234 Leader passcode: 6492 Participant passcode: 6354 URI: john.smith@vb.example.com The Outlook Plugin and text that it generates is subject to change from time to time as Interoute improves the service. The Outlook plugin generates a meeting invite as detailed in the following sections. 2.1 Meeting Invite Subject The meeting invite subject will be: Interoute One Bridge John Smith 2.2 Meeting Invite Message Body The subject is automatically populated with Interoute One Bridge followed by the VMR s display name for the VMR selected for the meeting. The message body of the meeting invite follows the below default template. Message body font is Calibri size 12pt.
