INTRODUCTION HPE SecureMail Product Lifecycle Status The Product Lifecycle Status lists the versions of HPE SecureMail and HPE SecureMail Cloud products that are currently maintained by HPE Security Data Security and those that are End of Maintenance. HPE Security Products Support Policy Guidelines can be seen here: https://softwaresupport.hp.com/documents/080/4684/esp_obsolescence_policy_v_ For customers with a current Maintenance and Support Agreement, HPE may accept requests for technical support for Major and Minor versions for a period of time after End of Maintenance; however, HPE does not provide software changes for those versions (e.g., fixes and updates). For information on the Product Lifecycle Policy, visit the HPE Security Data Security Support Center at https://support.voltage.com. If your organization is on a version that is End of Maintenance and is current with its Maintenance and Support Agreement, you should upgrade to the current version of the software for no additional license fee. You can obtain the latest versions from the HPE Security Download Center at https://downloads.voltage.com. Contact HPE Security Data Security Support if you have any questions or need assistance with upgrading. HPE SecureMail Server includes the Gateway, Key Server, Enrollment Server, Zero Download Messenger, Management Console, Brand Manager, and other components. MOBILE HPE SecureMail Product Lifecycle Status Note: For HPE SecureMail Mobile Apps, Supported Mobile App versions are represented by the current available version in the App Store at any time. Users who have already downloaded apps and who stay on the prior OS versions may continue to use the older applications, where available. Customers wrapping applications for internal enterprise use should use the app packaging for the current version available from the app stores, but may continue to use prior versions, if available.
