EPES Introduction 1 Introduction The current document contains an outline of the materials and media prepared for presenting the EPES project due to month 12 (first third of project). This deliverable D700.7.2 - Project Presentation has been realised in the following forms: project flyer and web page update. EPES EPES Flyer 2 EPES Flyer For purposes of project dissemination, the EPES project flyer elaborated due to M3 has been updated. The flyer shows at a glance the EPES consortium composition, as well as project background and objectives. A short description of the envisioned project realisation is also given. EPES Annex 1 3 EPES Web page EPES project website (http://www.epes-project.eu/) was created at the beginning of the project, in September 2011 and updated due to M12. This section depicts the website and its functionality as of August 2012. EPES website is divided in five sections; the header with language selection buttons, the left area with navigation menus, the right area with updates and logos, the bottom area with all partner logos and the main area in the middle (see Figure 3). Figure 3. EPES webpage layout Main area: The main area shows the contents of current page, which are navigated through the menu on the left. Header area: Shows project logo and project name, as well as flags to enter translated versions of the EPES site. Currently available translations are English, Spanish, German, Italian and Finnish. Moreover there is a link to news, events and a user registration (intranet) as well as a contact formular. Left area: The left side of the site shows the main menus, which are showing links to different sub-pages. Bottom area: Project partner logos, Legal notice, sitemap, credits and privacy policy. EPES Annex 1 Business Cases (public access) Publications (public access) The web site is used as one of the basic dissemination channels of the project and also as a collaborative environment for partners communication and project realisation. The web site is being updated with new content as it becomes available. 3.1 Web site Content This chapter describes the main menu contents of EPES project web site. See Annex I for current snapshots of the main pages. Home: The initial page of EPES contains a list of news, publications and a forum. Project Overview: This part explains the vision of the EPES project, the overall objectives as well as the background of the project. Consortium: List of project partners with links to their web pages. Management Structure: Presents how the EPES project is structured regarding its management. Scientific Methodology: Contains a description about the methodology to be developed within the EPES project. Publications: Articles and others to be published and publicised.
