EPES Annex 1 3 EPES Web page EPES project website (http://www.epes-project.eu/) was created at the beginning of the project, in September 2011 and updated due to M12. This section depicts the website and its functionality as of August 2012. EPES website is divided in five sections; the header with language selection buttons, the left area with navigation menus, the right area with updates and logos, the bottom area with all partner logos and the main area in the middle (see Figure 3). Figure 3. EPES webpage layout Main area: The main area shows the contents of current page, which are navigated through the menu on the left. Header area: Shows project logo and project name, as well as flags to enter translated versions of the EPES site. Currently available translations are English, Spanish, German, Italian and Finnish. Moreover there is a link to news, events and a user registration (intranet) as well as a contact formular. Left area: The left side of the site shows the main menus, which are showing links to different sub-pages. Bottom area: Project partner logos, Legal notice, sitemap, credits and privacy policy. The main menu content is structured as follow: Home (public access) Project Overview (public access) Consortium (public access) Management Structure (public access) Scientific Methodology (public access) EPES Project Presentation Page 13

EPES Annex 1 Business Cases (public access) Publications (public access) The web site is used as one of the basic dissemination channels of the project and also as a collaborative environment for partners communication and project realisation.
