24 th June 2014: 110963 Reconnect Fees Reconnect Fees imposed on Cutoff Accounts can be based on the day of the week, in addition to time of day. A Reconnect Fee applied when a Payment is made at 2:00 PM on Monday can be set at $25, while a Reconnect Fee applied when a Payment is made at 2:00 PM on Sunday can be set to $50. Prior to this enhancement, only time of day could be considered. This feature applies to Payments taken in CIS as well as IVR and web Payments. Coop must contact CIS Support to enable/setup.
8 th July 2014: 114506 Add Date/Time to Draft File Name A Date/Time stamp will be appended to the Draft file name. This helps to identify files correctly as well as removing the ability to overwrite an existing file. Configuration: DRAFTS > APPEND DATE TO NACHA FILE
22 nd July 2014: 110171 Email NSF Check Letter An Apply & Email button is available for users to email the NSF Check Letter and No More Checks Letter to the customer from the NSF Check form when processing a returned Check. The option will only be available when the Account has the 'Email Account Billing Notice to Member' Attribute. The letter will be an attachment in the email sent. 22 nd July 2014: 110172 Email Draft Removed Letter An Email button is available for users to email the Removed from Draft Letter to the customer from the Draft setup form when removing an Account from Draft. The option will only be available when the Account has the 'Email Account Billing Notice to Member' Attribute. The letter will be an attachment in the email sent and is specific for Credit Card removal due to a decline. Coop must contact CIS Support to enable/setup.
5 th September 2014: 102457 Display Charges by Account Sub Type Coops may associate Charge Codes with Account Sub Types. Once the association has been created and a user attempts to add a Charge to an Account, only the Charges associated to the Account Sub Type currently open, will appear for selection. 16 th December 2014: 112519 Suppressing Unbilled Transactions Unbilled Charges and unbilled Reversed Payments may be marked as suppressed after the fact (ie: the user forgot to suppress the item during the original transaction). This is done via the secured Suppress Transaction option when right clicking the item on the Account Register. In addition, a Display Suppressed checkbox was added as a filter option to the Account browser Register node, to hide/unhide suppressed records. Suppressed transactions that are excluded from the display will also be excluded from the Print Register report when generated. 28 th April 2015: 121478 Auto Draft Processing The Draft process (Cycle or Daily) can be automated. Once enabled, a database job will run each work day at 6:00 AM (default). For coops that run drafts by Cycle, the process will look for Billing events with a Draft Date matching the current date. For coops that run drafts Daily, the process will look for Accounts that are set to Draft on the current date. Email recipients must be provided to CIS Support as the process generates confirmation/results and error emails.
