Unlike cash, check, or bank wire transfers, Liberty Reserve offer simplicity, fast, and transferability throughout the world. Similar to common currency, this digital currency is widely used to deposit in forex trading accounts, to pay hosting or other online services, to purchase items, and so forth. Liberty Reserve was acquired by Amed Mekovar from the previous owner in May 2006. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION 1. Click http://www.libertyreserve.com/ to visit Liberty Reserve s Website 2. Click Create Account to register a new Liberty Reserve Account

Example of Security Question : In case you fill in Favorite Pet as Security Question, then you should type in your current Favorite Pet for the Answer. Fill in Account Number field with your newly created Liberty Reserve Account Number sent by email. (preceded by U123456) Fill in the Password directly in the respective field (or you may use virtual keyboard) Fill in turing number as displayed then click Next
At Step 2, make sure Personal Welcome Message is correct before you tick in I confirm box and clicking Continue At Step 3, click Access Main Account At Step 4, fill in Login PIN (5 digits) using virtual keyboard, then click Login
After passing step 4, you will have to fill in Registration Form step 2 Account Name (*) : You can fill in your full name or nickname in Account Name field. Account Name field can be seen by recipient when you transfer fund. (unless you use private payment). This information can be used for transfer confirmation. Account Name can be altered anytime from Profile menu Company Name : you can leave this field empty Address, City, Country, State (*)and Zip Code : Fill in the address and location as stated on your ID card / Passport Date of Birth (*) : Fill in your date of birth (Format : Month-Day-Year) Phone (*) : Fill in your country and area code prior to your phone number Once you have completed Registration Form step 2 correctly, registration is finished and you will be directed to the main page of Liberty Reserve Account.
MAIN MENU Profile : To change Profile information such as : Account Name, Full Name, Address, Phone Number Account Number is your Liberty Reserve Account Number. Balances is the current Liberty Reserve (LR) Balance you have (USD or Euro). In case you have 0.00 balance, this means your account is still empty and you need to buy LR from Liberty Reserve Trusted Exchanger to fund your account Account Name If this information is still empty, it is highly recommended to update the data with your Full Name / Nick Name by clicking at Profile menu. By filling Account Name you will help your recipient to identify your transfer. Auto-logout in 13 min 56 sec means you will be logged out automatically in approximately 14 seconds. If you almost run out of time, you can reset the counter back to 15 minutes, by clicking on other menu (example : history, transfer, etc).
History : To view all of transactions and account history of your account Transfer : To transfer fund to other Liberty Reserve account My Wallet : Wallet account which is separated from your main account. You can fill in your wallet by transferring from main account and this will enable you to login to wallet account and transfer without logging in to main account. By using wallet account, you can login and transfer your fund faster as the login procedure is simpler but less secure. Merchant Tools : Contains automatic payment script (API) library for online store, exchangers, etc. Messages : To send messages between Liberty Reserve accounts
TRANSACTION HISTORY At History menu, you can click on 25 to check last 25 transactions. Transaction in red color, means outgoing transaction (payment), transaction in green color, means incoming transaction (reception) 2009 to 1-5-2009 (Format : Month-Day-Year) You can also search account history database based on date range. Example : From 1 to 5 th January 2009. Please fill in Date Range from 1-1- Historical data consist of Date (Transaction Date), Batch # (Transaction Number), Account (Sender Details such as Account Number and Account Name), Amount (Transfer amount), Fee (Fee charged by LR), and Balance (Last Balance). Batch Number information is very important and confidential. Do not share this information with others. This information is usually used by recipient to confirm the payment is from you.
TRANSFER BETWEEN ACCOUNTS To transfer fund to another Liberty Reserve account, please use Transfer menu at the upper side of main page Currency : Currency used for transferring fund (if you have USD fund, you could not transfer this fund in EURO currency!) To Account : Recipient Account Number (example : U123456). To use existing account number saved in Liberty Reserve s history (last account number used), please select OR Choose a payee Amount : Transfer amount based on the currency you have. Please fill in only the amount you intend to transfer without $ symbol. To use fractional amount, please use period separator instead of comma. Example : 100.5. Mistake in filling fractional amount will cause not enough fund message Memo : Additional notice / memo from sender to recipient. It is recommended to put the correct and complete information in memo as required by the recipient / forex brokerage.
Master Key : You need to fill in Master Key (3 digits numeric) correctly prior to making tranfers. Your account will be blocked temporarily if you mistype Master Key for 3 times. Please contact Liberty Reserve s customer support if your account is blocked. PROFILE DATA Some forex brokerage require their clients to use the same Full Name as Liberty Reserve s Account Name and Trading Account holder. Email address could not be changed in profile. After changing your profile, you need to fill in master key then click apply changes
IMPORTANT TIPS Avoid using public computer / cyber café to access Liberty Reserve account, email, or trading account to prevent hacking. Do not use the same password as your email, trading account, and Liberty Reserve password. Do not tell Batch Transaction Number, Liberty Reserve s Account Name, and Account Number to anyone.
