2 2.1 Recording Recording Input Fields In the previous version, an error occurred very rarely in specific recording situations, which meant that input values were sometimes recorded as keystroke macros. This issue has now been resolved., Instant Producer Recording in Microsoft Outlook Recording in specific Microsoft Outlook dialog boxes has now been optimized., Instant Producer Recording in SAP CRM The recognition of text inputs in table cells and drop down lists in SAP CRM has been optimized., Instant Producer Recording of Russian Input Values An error to record input values in Russian language as English has been resolved., Instant Producer 6 2016 SAP SE. Recording in SAP SRM The recognition of text input fields in SAP SRM has been optimized., Instant Producer SAP Logon Pad The correct profile is now selected if SAP GUI is started using saplgpad.exe., Instant Producer Combination of Alt + Click Alt + click actions are now supported during application recording., Instant Producer 2.2 Rerecording Interactive Rerecording The editor mode during interactive recording has now been improved. Now when you click on the bubble, the text remains visible and you can easily edit the text., Instant Producer Documentation Macros The order of documentation macros in a simulation project is longer changed during interactive or automatic rerecording. 2016 SAP SE. Revise Input Values The dialog box Revise Input Values now shows scroll bars to allow also an editing and saving of a large number of values. 2.3 Navigation Navigation on Citrix The navigation behavior has been optimized to make it easier to accurately identify page changes. Components: Navigator Navigation Start In the previous version, the software did not always behave correctly when a new navigation or an open navigation was restarted. This issue has now been resolved. Components: Navigator Alternative Steps The playback of guided tours with alternative steps did not always behave correctly when a step is on a new page. The issue has been resolved. Components: Navigator Form Structure Form structures are now displayed correctly during playback of guided tours. Components: Navigator 8 2016 SAP SE. Guided Tours In a guide tour a desktop assistant can now be linked as Process End > Next Project. Desktop Assistant In descriptions and short descriptions inserted placeholders are not shown during navigation playback, if the navigation has been started from Manager. The issue has been resolved. Components: Navigator Navigation Bubble A specified offset for a bubble will now be shown during navigation playback. Also scroll bars are now shown in bubbles with large content. Components: Navigator Context Help Explanations added on a global or application level are now shown during context help playback. Components: Navigator SAP GUI In the previous version, there were rare cases where the SAP GUI window was not automatically opened in the foreground during navigation playback. Page Key Extraction The problem with caching page IDs has been resolved. 2.4 Documentation Documentation Macros in Process Guide Relevant documentation macros are now included when the process guide is generated. Compound Documents Compound document creation for books and other contents has now been stabilized, which means the program no longer freezes or terminates when you create documents. The generation of compound documents for large structures has been optimized. Explanation Macros in Documentation Explanation macros without icons are now displayed correctly - with frames and numbering - in the generated Microsoft Word/PDF files and HTML documents (provided that the relevant settings have been configured). 10 2016 SAP SE. Input Values Input values are now displayed correctly in the generated Microsoft Word/PDF files and HTML documents (provided that these input values are defined as fragments in the relevant document properties). Documentation Macro Highlight Highlight macros with a description text are now shown with an index / numbering on the image in the documentation. HTML Documentation The generation of HTML documentation has been improved to avoid unwanted line breaks. Process Flow If a project contains imported Microsoft PowerPoint slides, the slides are now shown in the process flow in the documentation output. Link Protocol Support Documentation output now supports telephone links (tel:) and ADT protocol links (adt://). 2016 SAP SE. All rights reserved. 11

2.5 Manually Editing Contents Editing Text (IE11) In the previous version, an error used to occur, which meant that text and text styles were discarded when you were editing in the HTML editor. This issue has now been resolved. Components: Instant Producer, Producer Placeholders in Explanations If a text in the HTML editor contains a field icon placeholder at the very end of the text, then any new text inserted after this point is now retained. Components: Instant Producer, Producer HTML Editor The text style list in HMTL editor is now scrollable. Learner comment in Instant Producer project Line breaks inserted in a Learner comment in project edit view are now shown during playback. Components: Instant Producer Navigation Project WYSIWYG Editor In the previous version, when a navigation project was opened in project edit mode, the WYSIWYG area was not shown if a simulation project was already open in documentation view beforehand. Duplicate Project The behavior of creating a duplicate for an unsaved project has been improved and error messages no longer appear. Special Characters The handling of projects with special characters in macro properties has been improved. 2.6 Publishing Executable Files Due to file size limitations for executable files, an error message is now displayed as soon as the maximum permitted size is reached, when you publish very large volumes of data. Publishing Large Contents The behavior of the software has now been optimized during publishing, in order to avoid long waiting times and to prevent the watchdog from frequently appearing. 2016 SAP SE. SCORM Export In previous versions, when contents from text units were displayed directly on book pages (after the relevant trainer settings had been activated), the referenced text units were missing after the SCORM export. This problem has now been resolved. Incremental Publishing Now after you have edited short descriptions and incrementally published the modified contents, the short descriptions of all published contents of the same type are no longer deleted. 2.7 Books Book Page Editor The behavior of the software when undoing and redoing actions in the book page editor has now been stabilized. In addition, when you change the visibility of a book page element in the object list, you can now see whether the page contains unsaved changes. Flash Object The documentation property for flash objects has been removed from the book page editor. 14 2016 SAP SE. All rights reserved.

2.8 Playback of Learning Content Book Page Navigation Now when books are played back, the display size is modified by default so that the content fits the screen. This also ensures that book page navigation is visible when activated. Quiz Evaluation The display of the correct answers and the learner answers in the quiz evaluation when using a quiz section has been optimized. Furthermore, comma-separated answers in quiz questions do not lead to a line break in a quiz evaluation. Library The playback of libraries with large content structures are optimized. 'Zoom to Fit' Option in.exe Deployments The playback of content published in.exe format has been improved for when the playback setting 'Zoom to Fit' is used. 2016 SAP SE. All rights reserved. 15

Audio Playback on Mac (Safari) Audio tag is now used for playback in Safari browser on Mac to ensure that audio playback in book pages is working correctly. Bookpage Placeholder in Simulation Project Previously when a slide with placeholder controls was inserted into a project, some of the placeholders were not displayed during simulation playback. This issue has been resolved. 2.9 Manager Start Links for Published Contents Now when you switch to the published objects view in the Manager workarea, the correct path - including the publish tag - is displayed in the start link of learning objects and in the Desktop Assistant. Components: Manager Workarea View Changes have been made to fix the issues related to workarea access/view. Components: Manager Notification When a task is initially created and assigned in Manager, the user now receives an e-mail notification. Components: Manager 16 2016 SAP SE. All rights reserved.

Creating Entities Creation of entities with longer names (more than 50 characters) is now supported. Components: Manager Deletion of Compound Documents When deleting a compound document in Manager, the files of the document are kept. Now, the files will be also deleted. Cloud Producer: Export and Import Translatable The correct template is now used for to export Microsoft Word translation files with portable Producer (HANA Edition). This improvement also means that the import runs without producing error messages. Component: Producer 2.10 General Synchronization During trainer Preview When you preview learning content from the project editor, the macro currently displayed in trainer is now selected in the miniature view, which makes it easier to manually post-edit projects. 2016 SAP SE. Migration of Managed Workareas The behavior of the software when migrating workareas connected to a Manager has been improved. This means that unmanaged local resources no longer cause a loop in the migration process. In addition, any locally managed resources, which have since been deleted on the server, are handled during the migration process. Migration of Resources Now if you use trainer settings created with older versions of Producer, the migration process is carried out correctly; modified settings are retained and newly added playback functions are available. Importing the Workarea Structure The function for importing the workarea structure has been optimized. Generating Style Resources When the previous version was used to create style resources on Japanese operating systems, specific values were not correctly written to the resource files. This meant that the resources could not be loaded into the Manager. This problem has now been resolved. Import of Translation Files Chinese Translation Files (XLIFF) can now be imported into the Producer without errors. 18 2016 SAP SE. All rights reserved.

Automated Translation The automated translation of projects now works correctly, if a custom recording dictionary is used. Instant Producer: Project Language Previously the Instant Producer GUI language was automatically preselected for new projects. This has been changed. Now the most recently selected project language will be used.
