View Specific Deal 1. To Login, Enter your Username & password in the respective fields on the left sidebar. 1

The Project Central Page will appear displaying the last deal viewed. If this deal is not what you are searching for, 2. Search for the deal by selecting the Malls dropdown tab in the left sidebar. 2

3. Keeping mouse down, select specific your Mall, and Tenant Name. 3

The deal you selected will now appear under Project Central. It consists of 3 parts: a. Information Panel displays all pertinent information of the specific deal. b. Progress Bar displays the current milestone status of the drawing review process. c. Document History displays all the drawing submittals with date and time it was submitted, Name of the user who uploaded, status, and file size. 4

Upload the Complete Design Criteria Package Upload the package containing Criteria Manual, LOD, As-built Drawings, Engineer s Report, Construction Guidelines, and any additional documents needed for each deal. Within Project Central, 1. Select the button, Click Here to Submit a Document to the List located at the bottom of the Project Central page. 5

The Document Submission page will appear & allows you to easily post one or more files. 2. The dropdown arrow under Select a Type for this File field will already have, Design Criteria Package as the default. You do not need to change this. 3. In the Descriptive Comments for this version field: type out all the documents you are including in the package. 6

Add File Field - ignore this button if you are uploading just one file and proceed to step 6. If you are uploading more than one file- determine the number of documents you wish to upload. 4. Click on the Add File Field button until there are enough fields for each document you wish to upload. In this example: Two (3) files are being uploaded. 5. By clicking on the Add File Field, an additional file field will be displayed, one for each of the file that is being uploaded. 7

6. Select the Browse button under the file field. A pop-up window will appear to locate the file you want to upload. 7. Locate the file you need in the M drive where you normally burn the CD, you will now upload to the Website. 8. Select the Open button located in the lower right side of the pop-up screen. There is a limit of one file per field. 8

The path of your document will appear in the file field. Repeat steps 6-8 for each additional file you wish to upload. 9. Select the Upload File(s) button. 9

A progress indicator will appear to provide status of the upload. 10

Once the upload process is complete, you will be given another chance to confirm if the file (s) you have submitted are correct. 10. Select the Post Document button, if the files are correct. If the files are incorrect, select the Cancel button to start over. 11

After clicking the Post Document button, you will be automatically taken back to the Project Central page where the files you uploaded will now appear under the Document History. You have now successfully uploaded documents to the Website. 12

View Criteria Manuals Criteria manuals for all centers are made available to anyone with access to the Tenant Coordination Website. 1. Click on the Criteria Manuals dropdown tab on the left sidebar. 2. Keeping mouse down, select the Region & specific Mall. 13

A new window will appear displaying the different types of Tenant Criteria Manuals available. 3. Select the hot-button of the criteria type you wish to view. 14

Help The help tab in the left sidebar addresses all items pertinent to the navigation of the website. If you would like to add any additional help items, please contact your Tenant Coordination Website administrator. 15

Frequently Asked Questions The FAQ tab in the left sidebar addresses all items pertinent to the drawing review process. If you would like to add any additional FAQ items, please contact your Tenant Coordination Website administrator. 16

Log out Click on the Log Out button when complete. 17
