2 General description This product is an industrial panel PC with glass touch and chromated aluminum chassis for true flat 24/7 applications. The 19 AUO panel from the industrial G-series has a resolution of 1280 x 1024 pixels and is characterized by its reliability and long term availability. It s MVA-technology with LED backlight and wide viewing angles (178 /178 ) allow for using the panel PC in portrait and landscape mode. Integrated is a COM Express based modular industrial embedded PC platform which has been developed according to Intels Embedded Building Blocks Initiative. Depending on the application, various COM modules are available, from Atom up to powerful i7 processors. All modules are fanless and available for 5-7 years from processor launch. Due to the low profile of the PC mainboard, the total height of the panel PC is as slim as 63.0 mm (2.48 inches). As standard processor module, an AMD Dual-Core T56N processor with Fusion Technology (AMD graphics on-board) and 1.6 GHz clock frequency is provided. This module is the perfect mix of computing power and energy efficiency. With its 2 GB DDR3-RAM and an ultra-fast 40 GB solid state disk, this panel PC has enough power even for demanding applications. The projected capacitive touch from DMC is dry-bonded to a 5.0 mm (0.2 inch) tempered safety glass with a printed black bezel. This robust front protects the unit from vandalism and offers an outstanding visual appearance. The chemically etched glass surface is anti-reflective and equipped with a surface treatment with lotus effect which makes it easy to clean and let the fingers softly slide over the touch sensor without leaving fingerprints behind. Compared to coated glass, etched glass keeps the soft appearance permanently and emphasizes the premium quality of this product. Individual design required?
