The procedure of password change in case of user is blocked (incorrect password was entered more than 3 times) / user authentication is unavailable In case of entering an incorrect password, the system notifies "User authentication is not possible." Try to re-enter again, the password is to be entered very carefully (wrong entry is possible, but not more than for 3 times). If the system notifies that the user is blocked, new password is to be requested through the menu "Forgotten your password?". More detailed information on this procedure is described in "Supplier manual E-sourcing version 7". 2. How to change a password Immediately after company registration as a supplier in the internal system of AMKR the participant receives personal login and password as well as a link for the site by automatic e- mail from noreply.integra@arcelormittal.com. To receive the e-mail from noreply.integra@arcelormittal.com successfully anti-spam is to be disabled and the identified addressee is to be added to the list of trusted sites. The e-mail contains the link for the site as well as required data to enter the system (personal login and temporal password). More detailed information on this procedure is described in "Supplier manual E-sourcing version 7". 3. A temporal password has not been received if asked through the menu Forgotten your password? If a new password was requested via Forgotten your password? menu but not received from noreply.integra@arcelormittal.com within an hour, so the menu Logon problems? is to be used and a new password is to be requested by sending e-mail to integraportal.helpdesk@arcelormittal.com indicating personal login and e-mail mentioned in the system. More detailed information on this procedure is described in "Supplier manual E-sourcing version 7". 4. Forgotten your login (user ID) If a user has forgotten his/her user ID, he/she should contact AMKR specialist that is the owner of a bid asking to check the user ID in the internal system of AMKR. 5. Which internet browser can be used to work in E-sourcing? To work in E-sourcing one of the following browsers is required: Internet Explorer (Zoom must be 100%) or Mozilla Firefox. Use of other browsers such as Opera, Google Chrome etc is not recommended as errors are possible. 6. Pop-up windows cannot be open from the site https://integra.arcelormittal.net/irj/portal Using Internet Explorer the following settings should be done: 1 Open menu «Tools» «Internet options».
2 In the tab Security, choose trusted sites and click on Sites. 3 Fill the URL of ArcelorMittal, Integra Portal 1. Click on the button Add 2. Click on OK A pop-up will appear. Be careful: If the case Require server verification.. is available you will not able to fill a http site. Only https site will be possible to fill. Choose «I accept the risk» and click the button «Add the exception». Then enter https://integra.arcelormittal.net/irj/portal in Address and tick «Permanently keep this exception», click «Confirm security exception». Add the site http://www.s1.ariba.com in the same way.

7. Not possible to upload/download a file/documents Internet Explorer In order to upload/download documents to/from portal, its necessary to check the browser settings. In this case, user should open «Tools» - «Settings» - «Security» - «Other» And check the availability of ticks in the following fields (see screenshots below) and press «ОК»:

8. If during the bid processing, the system notifies that «Request Last 7 days is already opened in the other mode» If the system operation was interrupted for any reason, so the attempt to log in order to continue bid processing can be done not earlier than in an half of an hour. If the user tries to log in the system earlier, the following error can occur: «Request is already opened in the other mode». This error can also occur, if the user logs in simultaneously from some PC. 9. If «Connection failed» error occurs If during password changing or logging the system Connection failed error occurs in one of the browsers Internet Explorer or Mozilla Firefox, the user has to check internet connection, as well as browser settings. Reload the PC. If the error occurs during work in Mozilla Firefox, it is necessary to change the browser for Internet Explorer. 10. Required bid cannot be found. More detailed procedure of bid search in the system is described in User manual for SRM 7. If search was not successful, it s necessary to address to the specialist of AMKR Procurement department, from whom the invitation was received, in order to check, whether the correct login is used for entering the system. 11. If it s required to upload a document and leave the comments In tab Comments and attachments the user can leave comments and proposals to the Buyer as well as to upload all necessary documents (See User manual for SRM 7) 12. If the system asks to fill tag «Questions» If during commercial proposal submission, the system asks to fill Questions, it s necessary to open General data, select Questions, reply on all specified by the Buyer attributes. More detailed information you can find in User Manual for SRM 7. 13. If it s necessary to decline the participation in current tender The user can decline the participation in the bid, for this purpose, he has to open a bid and select Do not participate (More detailed information you can find in User Manual for SRM 7.) If there is a necessity to add a letter justification, user can select Create response, then add attachment in General data tag, and press Submit. The system will notify that the value of items, requested will be set as zero. 14. Letter with login and password about registration is not received Immediately after company registration as a supplier in the internal system of AMKR the participant receives personal login and password as well as a link for the site by automatic e- mail from noreply.integra@arcelormittal.com. To receive the e-mail from noreply.integra@arcelormittal.com successfully anti-spam is to be disabled and the identified addressee is to be added to the list of trusted sites. If the letter is not received, it s required to address to AMKR Procurement department specialist, from whom the invitation was received, in order to check, whether the data for registration is correct, namely e-mail address and other data. 15. How to change the language? Interface language depends on the browser settings. More detailed procedure is described in the User Manual for SRM.
