1. Website 1.1 The aim of the website The website is a key tool for internal and external communication. It provides information about the current status of the project. Public results of the project can be obtained. Dissemination material like the leaflet and also the content of the project CD-ROM are propagated to all interested parties. The website will be kept online for at least one year after the end of the project. 1.2 Description of the website The website is available under http://www.agile-fp7.eu. It is managed by the project coordinator. Figure 1: Opening page of the AGILE website Figure 1 shows the opening page of the AGILE website. The opening page gives access to the following links: AGILE Project: It gives a short overview about the whole project and also detailed information about the single work packages. given Contact us: Contact to the project coordinator Beside this public section the website consists of a private section. The public section comprises all material accessible to the general public, whereas the private section has some additional pages intended for internal organisation of the project. The internal organisation also includes the exchange of documents and modelling libraries. The content of the private section is only viewable after performing a login via username and password entry. The whole website uses a content management system so that changes can be easily integrated by different authors. It also supports the frequently storage and change of documents. 2 Project 2.1 The aim of the leaflet The project leaflet supports the dissemination of the project. It gives a general overview of the project activities together with a listing of project partners and contact information. It generates interaction with all interested persons. 2.2 Description of the project leaflet The project leaflet gives a short overview on the project on two pages, which can be seen in the appendix. Beside a general description of the project all three demonstration buildings are introduced. For further information the address of the project website is given together with a list of project partners. This leaflet will be used as a means to provide project information in public correspondence, conferences and similar events. 3 The project CD-ROM 3.1 The aim of the project CD-ROM To make the project known already in the first phase of the project different dissemination media are used. The CD-ROM will be used to get informal contact in different situations, like conferences and technical meetings. It gives a short spot on the project idea and the expected results. 3.2 Description of the CD-ROM The project CD-ROM will contain a short informative movie about the project contents.
