1. INTRODUCTION Insight CSP dashboard is an advanced and cost-effective solution that enables cloud administrators, IT managers, CIO and the purchase manager to obtain unique and valuable information about all aspects of Microsoft Office 365. With the delegation feature, you can assign operators a specific group of users in order to limit scope and tailor management actions available for them. Insight CSP dashboard helps you to identify users not using a specific Office 365 workload and so drive the adoption, monitor the ROI and optimize your costs. Insight CSP dashboard is a fast and simple solution to be used to: Manage easily and from a single point of access all your OFFICE 365 subscriptions; Stay up to date on the actual use of the OFFICE 365 services by users; Optimize the license assignment by identifying tailored plans for each user to be used in an effective way; Immediate evidence of unused licenses (on average 10% of licenses assigned) to ensure savings on the subscriptions; Improve security by limiting the content (users, email, etc.) visible to operators managing their assigned users without having administrative rights on Office 365, while monitoring the actions that they perform; Offer a first class rated internal support service, thanks to our User Card ; Perform administrative tasks without having to learn traditional PowerShell (junior level staff are easily able to perform operations on the subscription); Optimize the ROI from OFFICE 365 by driving service adoption in your company in the best way! 3

2. LOGIN Trial/Subscription Activation To activate your Insight CSP dashboard subscription click the activation link sent to you in the invitation email. To start the activation procedure login with an Office 365 user that will be set as the Insight CSP dashboard tenant admin. NOTE: The user you will used to perform the first login must have an email that Insight CSP dashboard will use to notify the activation status. In the subscription form the client has to insert following information: Insight CSP dashboard Information First Name: First Name (pre filled by the system) Last Name: Last name (pre filled by the system) Email: email that will be used as username in Insight CSP dashboard. (pre filled by the system) 4 Office 365 Admin User Username O365: customer Office 365 admin Password O365: Office 365 admin password During the sign-up process, you must supply the Office 365 administrator login, in order to allow the creation of the Insight CSP dashboard service account within your tenant. If the user you entered was not an admin, you will get an email notifying you about this error. Re-click the activation URL you received, in order to restart the signup process. Note: O365 Admin username and password are never saved into 4ward systems. It is used to activate the management function for registered users and allow creation of the service account on your tenant.

LOGIN System verifies activation code and starts registration process. Based on number of licenses available for the tenant, Insight CSP dashboard creates a variable number of read-only users, up to 10. These users do not require OFFICE 365 licensing and are used only during import procedure. They are members of the View Only Organization Admin group and cannot be used to perform changes in the system. Data is imported to a Insight CSP dashboard Azure Instance located in the North Europe Data Center. When import is completed, the client receives a confirmation email, and can begin to use the Insight CSP dashboard platform. Login To log into Insight CSP dashboard go to https://cspdashboard.insight.com, and insert your login details. Insight CSP dashboard users can select to use existing Active Directory accounts for authentication within the Insight CSP dashboard Portal. For those users who already have access to the Insight CSP dashboard Portal and would like to take an advantage of this feature, it is necessary to add the new user using the Manage users function and checking Use Organization Account. If the Insight CSP dashboard user chooses this option, he/she will redirect to https://login.microsoftonline.com/. When using the Email authentication option, three failed logins will result in the following error: Ops...This account is locked, please try again in...minutes and...seconds. 5 If you forgot your password, just click Forgot password? to get the correct one.
