Product Overview When MICREX-F Series (abbreviated as MF hereafter) system is replaced with MICREX-SX Series (abbreviated as SX hereafter) system, to satisfy the request for using the same I/O size as MF, we have released additional three types of SX I/O s whose functions and size are compatible with MF and a base board for mounting them. The function that enables to logically change the bit layout of the terminal block signal wiring is featured. (endian function) Type without suffix: No endian function, SX specification (little endian) Type with suffix ZBF: Endian function supported (reverse), MF specification (big endian), when accessing data by bit/word via T/P link from MF Type with suffix ZBS: Endian function supported (reverse), MF specification (big endian), when accessing data by word via T/P link from MF Type with suffix ZC: Endian function changeable by built-in switch Since the I/O size is the same as that of MF, the electrical performance of MF is inferited. In addition, the existing MF terminal wiring can be used without change. You do not need to perform wiring work and check, so replacement is easy. The product lineup is as follows: 32-point input (MF Type: equivalent to FTU120C), 16-point triac output (MF type: equivalent to FTU250B), and 32-point relay output (MF type: equivalent to FTU266B). 7. Mounting Base Board (Type: NP8B-06/08/11/13) (1) Overview of specifications This mounting board is used to fix a MF size I/O on an SX base board using screws. Mounting base board Fix the mounting base board on the control panel using four M5 screws. The mounting interval of the screws is the same as MF base board. Mount SX base board Fix the SX base board on the mounting base board using two M5 screws. Mount and fix MF size I/O Fix the top and bottom of the on the mounting base board using M3.5 screws (that are attached on the mold case.) MF size I/O Mount the MF terminal block of the existing system. Note: In the figure above, the mounting base board is colored to make it easier to see. However, the actual color is different.
