Overview The following guide is designed to assist you with the registration and login processes for our sales partner websites (accessblue and BlueBiz). This guide will help you gain access as a new user and also details the process for retrieving a forgotten password or unlocking your account. 3
New User Registration The process will differ if you have an existing role with us and have registered previously under that role (Member, Agent, Benefit Administrator). Reference the table below and skip to the appropriate step. Current Role Added Role Step None Any New user registration required (Continue to page 5 for New User Registration) Agent Benefit Administrator Login with existing user Id, password and site password, no registration required Benefit Administrator Agent Login with existing user Id, password and site password, no registration required Member Benefit Administrator or Agent Create site password, login with existing user ID and password (Continue to page 11 to create your site password) Note: The User ID and password is the same for accessblue, BlueBiz, and the Member site. The site password is needed as an additional password for accessblue and BlueBiz portals. 4
New User Registration Once you have been appointed you will need to go through the registration process in order to gain entry to accessblue/bluebiz. The process is designed to be simple yet secure and should only take about 10 minutes to complete. The process begins on the www.floridablue.com website. In order to register, select the Login button then the Agent or Employer button depending on your role with us. From there select the Registration button as indicated below. 5

New User Registration Click the link to generate the registration code. Note the email address indicated and retrieve the code from there. Enter in the space provided and click continue. Remember to Click here now or you will not receive the code. 7
New User Registration Now you will create your user ID, password and site password. Refer to the helpful hints for allowable characters. 8

New User Registration Next you will create three security questions/answers that you will use in case you forget one of your passwords. Be sure to enter it carefully as you must enter it exactly as you enter it here. 10
New User Registration You ll get a confirmation message once you ve completed the registration process. If you have multiple roles (Member, Agent and/or BA), it will be indicated here. Click login to continue to the website. 11
Create Site Password Once you have been appointed you will need to create a site password in order to gain entry to accessblue/bluebiz. Since you are already registered for MyBlueService, you will use your existing user ID and password and only need to create and use the new site password to login. The process is designed to be simple yet secure and should only take about 5 minutes to complete. The process begins on the www.floridablue.com website. Create Site Password Click the Click here now to receive a Security code link. An email with the code will be sent to the email address we have on file for you. A message displays indicating the email address for your reference. Retrieve the security code from the email address indicated and enter in the field provided. Click continue to proceed. 14
Create Site Password User ID will be displayed and you will be given the opportunity to reset your site password. Enter and re-enter in the fields as indicated. Refer to the helpful hints for allowable characters and other requirements for your new password. Note: Enter your current password here, not the security code sent in your email. If you forgot your password, then go back and select the Forgot User ID or Password option. 15
Create Site Password Once successful, you will get this confirmation page. Click continue to log in to accessblue/bluebiz. 16
Forgotten User ID or Password(s) This process enables users to retrieve their user ID or reset one of their passwords if they have forgotten this information. This process can be accessed from the login page of accessblue and/or BlueBiz. Click the button titled Forgot User ID or Password(s) to begin the process. 17
Forgotten User ID or Password(s) Select the appropriate option and enter the information as prompted. We will go over each flow in the next few slides. 18
Forgot User ID Enter the information as prompted and click continue. 19
Forgot User ID Your User ID is displayed onscreen. Clicking login will direct you to the login page where you will enter this User ID and your password to continue with login. 20

Forgot Password You will need to answer 2 of the 3 security questions you chose as part of the registration process. Click continue once complete. You will then create a new password. Choose something that is easy to remember and only you will know. Enter and re-enter then select continue to complete the process. 22
Forgot Site Password You will utilize this process if you have forgotten both your user ID and password (or you didn t remember your security questions/answers and were directed to this process). Enter the information as indicated and click continue. 23
Forgot Site Password Click the Click here now to receive a Security code link. An email with the code will be sent to the email address we have on file for you. A message displays indicating the email address for your reference. Retrieve the security code from the email address indicated and enter in the field provided. Click continue to proceed. 24
Forgot Site Password User ID will be displayed and you will be given the opportunity to reset your site password. Enter and re-enter in the fields as indicated. Note: Enter your current password here, not the security code sent in your email. Refer to the helpful hints for allowable characters and other requirements for your new password. 25
Forgot Site Password Once successful, you will get this confirmation page. Click continue to log in to accessblue/bluebiz. 26
Forgot All You will utilize this process if you have forgotten multiple pieces of information. Enter the information as indicated and click continue. 27
Forgot All Click the Click here now to receive a Security code link. An email with the code will be sent to the email address we have on file for you. A message displays indicating the email address for your reference. Retrieve the code from the email address indicated and enter in the field provided. Click continue to proceed.
Forgot All Your User ID will be displayed and you will be given the opportunity to reset both passwords. Enter and re-enter in the fields as indicated. Refer to the helpful hints for allowable characters and other requirements for your passwords. 29
Forgot All Once successful, you will get this confirmation page. Click continue to log in to accessblue/bluebiz. 30
Locked User Account Users who enter their password incorrectly three times will have their account soft locked. This is to prevent hackers from accessing your account. In order to unlock your account, you can perform any of the three processes below. Once the process is complete, your account will be unlocked. 31
Security Profile Page On the security profile page you can change both your password/site password and security questions and answers. Refer to the screenshots for locations in accessblue and BlueBiz. 32
