Presenting Equipment Installment Plans, a new way to purchase and own devices An Equipment Installment Plan offers qualified business and government customers another choice to purchase smartphones, tablets or feature phones for their Corporate Responsibility Users (CRUs). Equipment Installment Plans are available for use with AT&T Mobile Select plans, as well as AT&T Mobile Share Value plans for Business and other postpaid plans. Well-qualified buyers can choose any of our latest smartphones, tablets or feature phones and pay only the sales tax up front.* No annual service contract No finance fees With an Equipment Installment Plan, the regular price of your smartphone, tablet or feature phone is divided into low monthly installment payments that are conveniently added to your bill. There are two options to choose from: Equipment Installment Plan with 36-month payment term: 36 installments. Equipment Installment Plan with 24-month payment term: 24 installments. After paying all of the installments, you may upgrade to a new device. *Available only to qualified business/government customers for CRU lines of service. Tax due at sale. Requires wellqualified credit, installment agreement & eligible service. If service is cancelled, the device balance is due. Activation/upgrade & other fees, charges & restrictions apply. 2
Compare Equipment Installment Plan options and Add to Cart Authorized CRUs can compare and choose an Equipment Installment Plan when in Premier Online Store. On the Premier Device Details page, click the Pricing Details tab to compare savings on various rate plan pricing options. See the next page for savings opportunities. Easily manage plan preferences and view details in Premier Online Care Company administrators can easily allow CRUs access to Equipment Installment Plan purchases using two new preferences in Premier Online Care. Company and billing account administrators also have access to the details of all their installment plans. They can: See the installment plan type. Track or pay off remaining installment balances. Know when a device will become eligible for upgrade. 5
Manage access to installment plan purchases Company administrators can allow their CRUs to make and pay off Equipment Installment Plan purchases by checking the new preferences on the Manage Product Preferences page. You can change these preferences as needed. 6
Check installment plan details for a wireless number Billing administrators can see the installment plan type for a device on the Installment Plan Schedule. To upgrade a device purchased on the Equipment Installment Plan before the installment plan ends, you must pay off your balance. You can pay off your device at any time. To view the date when the device will be upgrade eligible, refer to the Installment Plans column on the Upgrade Options report.* *Only company administrators can request and view this report. Premier ebill Equipment Installment Plan enhancements Company and billing administrators with access to Premier ebill and all foundation types (fulfillment, billing, and reporting) can quickly view and efficiently pay Equipment Installment Plan balances in Premier ebill. Plus, they ll see more of the information they need in a single report. 8
Quickly view and pay installment plans in Premier ebill Company administrators can view the Installment Plan Information report using the new View Installment Payment Schedule link in the left navigation. Two enhancements to this report help improve your efficiency. Quickly view the device installment type in the added column. Easily select individual or multiple wireless numbers to pay off installment agreement balances. Then click Continue to make your one-time payment. Know the plan type. Quickly select for payment. 9
Easily pay and then view your payment history The One Time Payment screen opens. Complete the payment information and then click Continue. Once the payment is made, it s visible on the Payment History screen. Two new columns help you track payment types and installment plans. New columns. 10
More information Premier Online Store The Equipment Installment Plan program requires that you sign an installment agreement to pay for the smartphone, tablet or feature phone in monthly installment payments. A limit on the number of financed devices per account may apply based on your credit. Also, you must be a qualified business or government customer to take advantage of the Equipment Installment Plan program for your CRU lines of service, which means a qualified wireless service agreement is required for the wireless service (e.g., voice and data for smartphones). If you cancel your wireless service for a CRU device, the remaining unpaid installment balance on that device is due. Premier Online Care Equipment Installment Plan customers can perform the following transactions: Reassign billing account number* or foundation account number. Transfer of billing responsibility.* Change wireless number. Suspend or reinstate service. If you change a CRUs wireless number, you can carry over your pending installment payments to the new wireless number. *Some restrictions apply. 11
