We block outgoing services to prevent abuse and spam. In order to send e-mails, you need to manually white list the SMTP servers you are using. Write an e-mail to PureVPN, asking for SMTP whitelisting. Please make sure to include the SMTP server addresses you are using for example smtp.mailserver.com. A lot of mail services are already whitelisted. In such case you would only require using the mailserver s IP address instead of its hostname. This will ensure that you are utilizing a specific e- mail server (one that has been whitelisted) instead of a random one.
