User Sign In Page * If you are new user, click Create a New Account. OR * If you already have an account enter your email and password and click Sign In. New User Page Please fill out all fields. Please use your personal email and create a unique password you can remember. Please keep your login information in a safe place. Store Email Inclusion: You have the option to be able to Opt-In or Opt-Out to any mass emails regarding the advertising store products or alerts regarding the store. Email Preference: You have the option to receive emails from the Company Store via Graphical (images or in color) or Text (no images-black&white) Note: both these fields are required. Click Update.
You will receive a confirmation on screen and an email stating you have been successfully added to the Company Store. On the site click Continue You can begin shopping by Choosing a Category from the drop down. New Branch Employees will need to order from the New Hire Logowear category only. You will then be redirected back to the front page of the site again. You will now see the message, Welcome to the Chemical Bank Company Store!, Your Name. This is how you will know you are logged in.
Once a category is selected, a page with small thumbnail images of the products available for purchase. Click the image to view an enlarged image, additional description of product, and sizing charts. Enlarging the product will allow you to add the product to the shopping cart.
Note: Each apparel item will state if is it Approved Employee Logowear. This is apparel that is acceptable to wear to work. Check sizing chart by clicking on underlined link. Select size from drop down. Select Color if this is an option from drop down. Select Quantity. Click Order to add product to basket.
My Order Page After adding items to basket an order review page comes up to review quantities & sizing, make changes, such as increasing quantities, deleting product, etc. on this page. When changes are completed click Update. To order something different Choose a Category from the above drop down and select other product. Or Click Checkout to proceed. Order Review Page Confirm shipping information is correct. (Click Change Shipping Information to change shipping information on this order only) This information will default to profile address, which was set-up at time of registration. See next screen shot to see Address Book option. Confirm billing information is correct. (Click Change Billing Information to change shipping information on this order only). This information will default to profile address, which was set-up at time of registration. See next screen shot to see Address Book option. Once completed Click Next to proceed to payment page.
Change of Shipping or Billing Information Click here to go to Address Book Option: These are preloaded addresses. See next screen shot for example of Address Book list. If all information is correct, click Next. To select a pre-loaded address select the address by clicking on Use This Address.
You will be directed back to the Order Review page. Please look over the information to make sure everything is correct. Order Review page make sure all information is filled out and proceed by clicking Next. Order Payment Page For Approved Product Total Amount enter in your BRANCH NUMBER. When complete, click checkout.
Order Confirmation Page You have successfully placed your order. Your Order Number is at the top of the page. You will receive an email confirmation. Please be sure all information is correct on your confirmation. Please disregard your total. Only your initial order will be charged to your branch.
