ISO/IEC 11801 major updates. minimum requirement for horizontal cabling for different LAN: - Office Premises is now Class E (Cat 6), Class EA (Cat 6A) is recommended in support of applications above 1Gbit/s (Part 2); - Data Centers (Part 5) and Distributed Building Services (Part 6) is now Class E (Cat6); OM1, OM2 and OS1 cabled optical fiber categories are not supported for new installations; 12/24-fiber MPO are specified for the Equipment Outlet in Data Centers;
