Guidance Information This document provides a breakdown of the assessment dates/windows for each of the qualifications within the V Cert suite as well as information about the assessments dates. Centre Responsibilities The centre must ensure that the externally assessed unit is delivered to the learners prior to the. The s must be completed in line with our Regulations for the Conduct of. Registering Learners When registering learners on to a qualification, an entry must be made on to the chosen assessment date/window., including re-sits must be made via the entries screen in the NCFE Portal and our Customer Support Team can help with this if required. Entry Cut-off All learners must be entered via the NCFE portal by the advertised entry in this document. Please contact your Customer Support Assistant to discuss any late entry requirements. A fee may apply for late entries. Reasonable Adjustments If learners require reasonable adjustments these must be submitted in line with the published timescales in our guidance and policy document. Failure to do so may mean your learner/s will not have approval in place for the assessment. Date Set Date/Time The learners must complete the at these dates/times in line with our Regulations for the Conduct of.
