Project Planning Project Information Business -Elite Soccer s Team is a French startup company which provides the best European soccer team jersey at very good price. This website will attract all the young men or woman from 18 to 28 years old Project goal Develop, implement are the three majors factors to attract customers. - The basis of this project is to design, develop and implement a website business that will give simple and efficient information for the future customers. - By setting up an easy navigation we want to facilitate everything for the future customers. We will create a database which give an easy access to the customer to look up and order the soccer teams and accessories that they love.
- A shopping cart will be created to facilitate the purchase process for the future customers. Project objective The objective of this website is to sell a maximum of sports jersey for all of the soccer fans. We always want to make sure that customers really enjoyed it. The future users of the website will be any customers around the world. Project Description -This project includes design, development and implementation of the website -The creation of this website will attract any young men and women who love soccer. Moreover, we will always review our prices because we want to make sure that customers will be always satisfied. User Analysis Audience -The target audience will be the young men and women from 18 to 25 years old who love European soccer. I) Objectives - Give the user s ability to navigation friendly and easily on the jersey website. - Easy purchase process for the soccer fans. II) Users -Users will have the ability to test the first version of my website. -End users will have the ability to view the websites and purchase the soccer s jerseys -Testing process will give the possibility of the user to give feedback about my Website. Based on the result of the testing I will make the adjustment or improvement if it necessary. Users will make their suggestion true the request form or the usability questionnaire.
Task Analysis I) Objective -The final goal is to know if the users gain lots of knowledge about my website and what products we offer (soccer jersey). In order to view several information users will have to perform specific tasks to ensure their good understanding. To acquire the right information users will navigate between tab and link to get the destination they want. Function Design First, my website will be create from my computer using Notepad++ as the main tool for my web design and I will use My SQL for my database. Furthermore, I will utilize HTML as a main language to build my website and the PHP to link the request to my database. After finishing my website, I will upload on the Mercer server to make it accessible from the Mercer Website. There are several specifications about features of the website: - All information about the soccer jerseys will be the same in other website. User can look at other websites to confirm the authenticity of our jersey information (prices, description, and pictures). - User will use the shopping cart in order to pursue their purchase process. Scenario Design According to the tasks we already established in the tasks analysis, we can elaborate the scenario for all the tasks. We take the most common scenario that the users are dealing with Elite soccer website. These scenarios are perfectly related to the users reality. Another option that we give to the user is to leave feedback by selecting the feedback option I) Scenario: Browser and buying jersey website -In order to get as specific information on the product, Users have to click on the products table on the navigation bar located on the left side and they will be able to see the jersey information (picture, description, prices). User will be able to buy soccer jersey by using the shopping cart which will ensure their buying process. II) Scenario: General information and learning the company - Users will be able to see different information about the company by clicking on the about us table. This table emphasized the different aspect on the company: mission, business and vision III) Feedback and Troubleshooting
-In case of users has a difficult to navigate or purchase the soccer jersey, they can reach the technical support which is available on the Contact us table. In this table a phone number and email address will be available in order to assist the users issues. Database

USSABILITY REPORT Overview This report describes a test procedure for conducting a usability test during the final step of the development phases of Elite Soccer Website. The purpose of the usability testing is to create a base of user analyzing potential concerns to be addressed in order to increase the performance, productivity and end user satisfaction. The usability test purposes are: - To identify the lack of consistencies and usability issues sections within the user interface and content areas. - Testing the website is an important tool to ensure the maintenance of it Elite Website is a project designed for all young men and women. We had three participants for the usability testing. The testing was in our personnel location on brookechase lane in Norcross. Summary
Elite Soccer website is a web application designed for the entire young soccer fan customer. It makes the interaction easier between the enterprise and its customers. The website offers several features that can be done by the users. There are specific function available in order to enjoy the website. -Registration as a customer -Access the jerseys information (prices, pictures) -Access company information -Reach technical support - Leaving feedback Location 6110 brookechase lane, 30093 Norcross Session Methodology -Session time should not take more than 15 minutes. - Before starting the session we ask some basis questions which would gather the gender and personnel experience of Internet - Participant would be supported with scenario 10 minutes before the test starts. - After finishing the scenarios presented, user would have to be engage in a short interview which has on purpose to emphasize the navigation errors and misunderstanding of the website aspects. Participant The participants obligations will be to achieve several scenarios established with a certain efficient. -Browser: Google chrome - Internet Connection Procedure Participant interaction with the website will be mandated by our decision in same areas. We trained the participant on the web site/ web application and inform the participant that they are examining the application. We gave them all of the instruction about the test as the timing, and the response choice rules. Results Generally speaking, most results were successful. Participants really enjoyed the tasks that they have done without struggle. Moreover, when we read the feedback we found out that the participant were really happy about the websites aspects specifically the simplicity of the navigation and then the easiness for executing their tasks. In conclusion all the tasks were achieved successfully and we had very good feedback from the participants about the version1.0. We are required now to make some adjustments according to Dr.Liu comments.

GENERAL INFORMATION General information part provides general information about the system and the purpose for which it is created. 1.1 Overview Elite Soccer Teams is a website, which stores information about the company business. The application offers an electronic version of form used to store users data, orders and feedback. The application stores data collected to its database. 1.2 Structure of the Manual The user s manual is divided in five parts: General Information, System Summary, Getting Started, Using the System, and Report. General Information part provides general information about the system and the purpose of for which it is created. System Summary part provides a global overview of the system. The summary emphasizes the utility of the system hardware and software obligation, system configuration, user s access level and system s conduct in case of any contingency. Getting Started part shows how to get to the Elite Soccer Website from the jerseys. Using The System parts lists precise description of the system functionality. Reporting part
explain how the data are collected by the application and how to access the data. 2. SYSTEM SUMMARY System Summary part provides a global system overview. The summary emphasis the utility of the system s hardware and software obligations, system configuration, user access level and system conduct in case of any contingency. 2.1 System Configuration Elite Soccer website works on any device which has an Internet connection and browser. It s compatible with all accessible browser and their higher versions. The application mandates an Internet connection to Internet in order to store data to database. Data stored in database can be seen using any common Internet browser. In conclusion, Elite Soccer website can be accessed without any further configuration. 2.2 User Access Level Everyone can use the website but only registers users are able to save data to database from admin part. 2.3 Contingency In case of power outage information are not saved in the internal memory of the website. Because of a lack of internet connection, data cannot be saved in the database of the website.

GETTING STARTED Getting Started part show how to get to Elite website and accomplish the different tasks. 3.1 Access The latest version is currently available from http://informatics.mercer.edu/~maadjoub/infm472/index.html,which should be available on most common browser. Username and password are delivered to users in order to consult their personal data. 3.2 System Menu Elite Soccer Team website synopsis can be seen on the left side, located on the navigation. This navigation bar contain links to the main part of the website such as about us, product, contact us, feedback and admin. 4. Using The System 4.1 About Us About us gives all information needed by the user about Elite Soccer Team. All information is written from the mission to the future company expectations. By clicking on this link, the user will be able to see all the company information. 4.2 Products The Product part list the different product available for sale(jersey). In the mean time, it gives the possibility to the user to place an order with the
jersey that he likes. Users will also have the possibility to see information about the product (prices, category, and team name). By clicking on the product table, user will be able to see all jersey information. For the buying process, user has to choose the jersey that he wants by clicking on add cart. Then go to the shopping cart and fill out the form by entering his information and then click on submit. The jersey will be shipped. 4.3 Contact us The contact part display the contact needed in order to reach the technical support of the company (email and phone number) 4.4 Feedback Users have to possibility to share their personal feeling or personal issues about the website by going to the feedback part.
