1- Introduction This Cards Online user guide is designated for cardholders as a reference tool. By following it, you should be able to easily understand how to access your card account transactions and download your card statements. 2

2- Sign In Procedures Step 1. You will need to sign on each time you access your account information and enter the following: User ID: You will receive your User ID from the Sign In Credentials provided by the Bank. Password: Your Password will be disclosed in the Sign In Credentials under the User ID. Step 2. Select the functionalities you need 4

3- Cards Online Functionalities a- The Listing of All Your Cards: If you want to check the listing of all your cards, all you have to do is: Click on My Cards on the homepage Select Card List o Select the card you would like to check from the drop down list o Select the status (Normal, Replaced, or Cancelled) You will then be able to view the basic information of all the cards issued under your ID, such as: The card number The name on the card The card s expiry date The card type (Basic or Supplementary) The card s status (Normal, Replaced or Cancelled) 5

b- The Details of Your Cards: If you want to check your card s details, all you have to do is: Click on My Cards on the homepage Select Card Details o Select the card you would like to check from the drop down list You will be able to view the: o General details such as: Card limit, balance, currency, etc. o Supplementary card details such as: Card number, embossed name o Balance details such as: Total debit amount, total credit amount, payment mode o Points details: You can also check the Points Statements such as: Opening balance, transferred / adjusted points (This information is not available for all cards) 6

c- Your Card Summary Statement: If you want to check your card summary statement, all you have to do is: Click on My Cards on the homepage Select Card Statement o Select the card you would like to check from the drop down list o Select the Statement Date. 8

You have the option of exporting the information to an Excel sheet (click on the Export to Excel icon at the bottom of the statement sheet) and saving it in a folder of your choosing. When you click the icon, a pop-up window will open asking you to: Open, Save or Cancel. If you wish to see the transactions only, click on Open and check the information on an Excel sheet If you wish to save the transactions, click on Save and store the information in a folder on your computer If you changed your mind, and don t want to check anything, click on Cancel. 9

d- Your Transactions: If you want to view your transactions, all you have to do is: Click on My Cards on the homepage Select View Transactions o Select the card you would like to check from the drop down list o Select the Statement Date o Select the Amount Range Then you will be able to review all your transactions listed by Date, Amount Range and Card of your choice. 10

You have the option of exporting the information to an Excel sheet (click on the Export to Excel icon at the bottom of the statement sheet) and saving the information in a folder of your choosing. When you click the icon, a pop-up window will open asking you to: Open, Save or Cancel. If you wish to see the transactions only, click on Open and check the information on an Excel sheet If you wish to save the transactions, click on Save and store the information in a folder on your computer If you changed your mind, and don t want to check anything, click on Cancel. 11

e- Your Total Points Balance: If you want to check your Total Points Balance, all you have to do is: Click on My Points on the homepage Select Points Balance You will be able to check your opening balance total points, new points, redeemed points, transferred / adjusted points and the total of all your cards. 12

f- Redeem Your Points: If you want to check how to redeem your points, all you have to do is: Click on My Points on the homepage Select Points Redemption Scroll to the bottom of the page where you can find forms for: o Gift Redemption o Airline Tickets Redemption o Points Transfer All these forms are ready to be printed out: Just click on the form you wish to download. Once downloaded, print the form, fill out the information and send it back to Bank Audi for processing. You can send it by fax to: +961-1-21 99 51 or to the nearest Bank Audi branch (attention: EBCS Department) 13

g- Your Points Statement History: If you want to check your points statement history, all you have to do is: Click on My Points on the homepage Select Points History o Select the card you would like to check from the drop down list o Select the date range, sorted by month You can check your opening balance, new points earned this statement, transferred / adjusted points or redeemed points on each card and sorted by the date you choose to check. 14

h- Change Your Password: If you want to change your password, all you have to do is: Click on My Profile on the homepage Select Change Password Follow the below steps: o Enter your old password o Provide the new password o Confirm your new password Once you click Go, the changes will be applied. (In case you have forgotten your old password, please contact your branch to issue a new one). 15

i- View or Amend Your Current Mailing Address: If you want to check or amend your current mailing address, all you have to do is: Click on My Profile on the homepage Select Mailing Address to validate the current set location If you wish to change the current set address, follow the below steps: o Click on the Edit button o A pop-up window will appear where you can make all the amendments o To apply these changes, click on Confirm o To go back without applying the changes, click on Cancel Note: The changes requested are not live. You are currently just posting a change request that will be applied within 48 hours. 16

j- Add or Change Your Current SMS Subscription: If you want to add or change your SMS Subscription, all you have to do is: Click on My Profile on the homepage Select SMS Service to validate the current mobile number If you wish to add or edit a number, follow the below steps: o Click on the Add button to add a new number o Click on the Edit button to edit a number o Edit: A pop-up window will appear where you can make all the amendments. o To apply these changes, click on Confirm o To go back without applying the changes, click on Cancel Note: The changes requested are not live. You are currently just posting a change request that will be applied within 48 hours. 17

k- Add or Change Your Current E-Statement Address: If you want to add or change your current E-statement address, all you have to do is: Click on My Profile on the homepage Select E-Statement Service to validate the current mail address If you wish to add or edit an email, follow the below steps: o Click on the Add button to add a new email address o Click on the Edit button to edit an email address o Edit: A pop-up window will appear where you can make all the amendments o To apply these changes, click on Confirm o To go back without applying the changes, click on Cancel Note: The changes requested are not live. You are currently just posting a change request that will be applied within 48 hours. 18

l- What Are Quick Links? Quick Links Allow you to get redirected to the Statement Lookup, available points in your Points Balance account, and review your last 10 days transactions through a shortcut. 19

o Your Card Statement Through Quick Links : Statement Lookup: If you wish to review a card statement, all you have to do is: o Click on the drop down menu (just click the arrow) and all your available cards will be listed o Choose the card you desire and under it the month and year, using the same technique o Then just click Search and you will be directly linked to the Card Statement as of the date you have selected o Your Available Points Through Quick Links : Available Points: o If you wish to see the cumulative number of points on all your card accounts, click the arrow and choose All Accounts o Alternatively, choose one specific card and click Count o The Last 10 Days Transactions Through Quick Links : To check the last 10 days transactions (as of the current date), choose the card you want from the drop down list and click on View. Once redirected, you can choose the time limit and amount range you would like to see just by filling in the information. (When you click on the box of the dates, a drop down calendar will appear). 20

m- Save and Print Your Cards Information: Whether you are looking up your card summary statement or viewing the transactions made on your card, you have the option of exporting them to an Excel sheet (click on the Export to Excel icon at the bottom of the statement sheet), and saving the information in a folder of your choosing. When you click the icon, a pop-up window will appear asking you to: Open, Save or Cancel. If you wish to see the transactions only, click on Open and check the information on an Excel sheet If you wish to save the transactions, click on Save and store the information on a folder on your computer If you changed your mind, and don t want to check anything, click on Cancel 21
