Introduction This release note contains information regarding the May 2018 Release. This document provides important product information that may not be covered in the product manuals such as new features, upgrades, and problems fixed. o 4k native sector disks Upgrading to the May 2018 Release The upgrade process for this Release is completely automated. You will not have to spend time redeploying the software to take advantage of these new features. Fixed in the Current Release Fixed an issue where a full backup was forced instead of an incremental for Physical Imaging Standard when the source machine was restarted twice between backups Fixed an issue where a full backup for VMware Standard occasionally failed the first time it was run Fixed an issue where an error message would occasionally appear in the local Backup Monitor when running multiple backup sets at once Fixed an issue where a Cancelled warning was not properly displaying when a VMware QuickSpin backup was cancelled Fixed an issue where backup set names were not properly syncing between the local Backup Monitor and web portal in a timely manner Fixed an issue where no error log was recorded when an attachment could not be restored during an Exchange Mailbox Level restore Fixed an issue where it was difficult to delete SQL data and SQL backup sets Fixed an issue where State and Postal values for International Countries were not being saved properly Fixed an issue where the incorrect value was displayed for CPU during Physical Imaging Rapid Recovery restores Fixed an issue where the summary tab was showing incorrect retention rule data during Hyper-V Rapid Recovery restores Fixed in the Previous Release Fixed an issue where block cleanup was taking too long and causing Physical Imaging, Hyper-V, and VMware standard backups to hang Fixed an issue where backup sets and backup history was not displaying in the portal or local software for very old agents Fixed an issue where a false positive warning appeared in Physical Imaging Standard backup sets when an EFI partition was present Fixed an issue where a false positive VSS error occurred even though the backups were not impacted Fixed a catalog mismatch issue caused by reverting to an older snapshot
