Each appliance supports multiple capacity licenses, allowing customers to easily scale capacity as their needs grow without having to upgrade or replace the hardware. Appliances are available with redundant disks, power supplies and fans to ensure availability even in the event of a component failure. When combined with the high availability features of the Secure64 software, these appliances deliver the 99.999% uptime that customers demand. Appliances offer several advantages over software delivery. Preinstallation of the software eliminates the need to develop installation procedures and execute those procedures across many servers in the network. Factory burn-in of the entire system ensures that the appliance will be ready to go as soon as it is racked, cabled and powered up. Additionally, support is simplified, since there is only a single vendor to contact to resolve any issue, whether hardware or software in nature. Appliance Descriptions Secure64 MGR 520 Appliance The MGR 520 appliance is designed to run the Secure64 DNS Manager and ProVision products. For high availability, the MGR 520 appliance is configured with redundant, hot swappable RAID 1 high speed disks; redundant, hot swappable AC power supplies; and redundant, hot swappable fans. It is available with four Gigabit Ethernet ports. The MGR 520 appliance comes with a 5-year Next Business Day warranty. Secure64 MGR 520B Blade Appliance The MGR 520B blade appliance is the blade counterpart to the MGR 520 appliance. Like the MGR 520, the MGR 520B is configured with redundant, hot swappable RAID 1 high speed disks and four Gigabit Ethernet ports. The MGR 520B blade appliance comes with a 5-year Next Business Day warranty. Secure64 SNS 3000 Appliance The SNS 3000 appliance is designed to run Secure64 DNS server products and be deployed in any location where query loads are modest. The entry model contains redundant, hot swappable disks; a single AC power supply; non-redundant fans and three Gigabit Ethernet ports. For additional redundancy, it can be configured with two, hot swappable AC power supplies and two additional Gigabit Ethernet ports. Secure64 SNS 5000 Appliance The SNS 5000 is the most scalable Secure64 appliance, designed to run Secure64 DNS server products and to be deployed in sites requiring medium to large query capacity. For high availability, the SNS 5000 is configured with redundant, hot swappable RAID 1 high speed disks; redundant, hot swappable AC or DC power supplies; and redundant, hot swappable fans. It is available with four Gigabit Ethernet ports and can optionally be configured with an additional four Gigabit Ethernet ports or two or four SFP+ ports. The SNS 5000 appliance comes with a 5-year Next Business Day warranty. Secure64 DNS 6010/6110 Appliances The DNS 6010 and 6110 appliances run the Secure64 proprietary micro-os, SourceT, and are designed for maximum security while offering competitive performance. For high availability, the DNS 6010 and 6110 are configured with redundant, hot swappable RAID 1 high speed disks; redundant, hot swappable AC power supplies; and redundant, hot swappable fans. They are configured with four Gigabit Ethernet ports and can optionally be configured with additional four Gigabit Ethernet ports or two Gigabit Ethernet Fiber ports. Both the DNS 6010 and 6110 appliances come with a 3-year Next Business Day warranty. Secure64 DNS 6010B/6110B Blade Appliances The DNS 6010B and 6110B blade appliances are the blade counterparts to the DNS 6010 and 6110 appliances. Like their rack mount counterparts, the DNS 6010 and 6110 blade appliances are configured with redundant, hot swappable RAID 1 disks and four Gigabit Ethernet ports and can optionally be configured with an additional two Gigabit Ethernet ports. The DNS 6010B and 6110B appliances come with a 3-year Next Business Day warranty. Secure64 Virtual Servers Secure64 virtual servers are specifically designed to optimize the performance of Secure64 virtual products. There are three different configurations, with increasing amounts of cores, RAM and disk space, allowing customers to choose a model best suited to the number of virtual machines it will host. For high availability, all virtual servers are configured with redundant, hot swappable RAID 1 high speed disks; redundant, hot swappable AC or DC power supplies; and redundant, hot swappable fans. They are available with four Gigabit Ethernet ports and can optionally be configured with an additional four Gigabit Ethernet ports or two or four SFP+ ports. All virtual servers come with a 5-year Next Business Day warranty. Secure64 C4 and C8 Chassis The C4 and C8 chassis house Secure64 blade appliances and are designed for optimal space utilization. The C4 is a 6 RU chassis, able to house four full height blades or eight half height blades, while the C8 is a 10 RU chassis able to house eight full height or sixteen half height blades. For high availability, both chassis are configured with redundant, hot swappable power supplies and redundant, hot swappable fans.
