If you create a Service within the Inbox of your Pocket PC, i.e., create a personalized account to receive email messages (for example, USER1 ), please be sure to copy down the user settings for the USER1, including user name, password, and server and domain names. Certain settings of the Service are not saved during backup; therefore, in the unlikely event that you need to restore data to your Pocket PC, the Service settings as restored will not be accurate. As a result, after data restoration, email messages that are supposed to be directed to the Service account will instead be sent to the ActiveSync selection in the Inbox.
