To tighten, rotate the battery cap clockwise until fixed firmly. Do not over tighten. MOUNTING The Firefield Heavy Duty Flashlight Foregrip has a built-in weaver/picatinny mount designed to be mounted on the bottom half of a quad rail. The foregrip provides better stability and support. Before mounting the foregrip onto your firearm, be sure the firearm is unloaded and safe to handle. To mount: 1) Loosen the mount by rotating the mount nut (4) counter clockwise. 2) Attach the mount to the bottom half of your firearm s quad rail by aligning the crossbolt (3) between one of the quad rail grooves. 3) Tighten the mount nut clockwise. Determine if the foregrip position is comfortable and that the firearm is balanced. If not, remove the foregrip and reposition. 4) Finally, insert the provided allen wrench through one of the holes in the mount nut. Use the allen key as leverage to tighten the mount nut until it is securely attached to the firearm. Do not over tighten.

To attach the lens filter: 1) Locate the bulb assembly (1) and slip the lens filter (3) over the bulb assembly. 2) The cap can be flipped out for white light to be quickly accessed. 4

STORAGE 5 Make sure your Firefield flashlight foregrip is securely attached to your weapon before storing, and be sure the unit is turned off. Remove the battery if the foregrip will be stored for an extended period of time. MAINTENANCE The foregrip may be cleaned using a soft cloth and water, or gun cleaning solvent when exposed to dirt, dust or other residue. Clean the lens using a soft cloth dipped in water or denatured alcohol. To clean reside from contacts, use a cotton swab dipped in denature alcohol. Maintain threads and O-rings by applying a silicon-based grease to those areas. WARNING Before handling the foregrip, read and understand the contents of your firearm s manual, and the Firefield flashlight foregrip manual. Follow all safety precautions and procedures during firearm operation, even when the flashlight foregrip is not in use. NEVER point the flashlight directly at or into an eye. This may cause damage to the eye or blindness. The flashlight will produce enough light to identify an individual without direct illumination to the face. Avoid looking directly into the flashlight s beam. Avoid shining the flashlight into mirrors or other reflective surfaces. Avoid hitting or dropping the unit. ALWAYS check that the chamber of your weapon is clear before mounting or dismounting the flashlight foregrip.

ALWAYS remove the flashlight when cleaning or performing other maintenance on your firearm. The flashlight should be tested during periods of non-use to make sure it is still operating properly. NEVER place the flashlight bulb side down on a surface while it is on. The bulb generates heat that can damage the unit or surface it is on. Failure to follow standard firearm safety precautions and procedures, as well as the above warnings, is dangerous and may result in serious injury, damage to property or death. TROUBLE SHOOTING Never ship back a product without getting proper authorization beforehand. Doing so could result in losing the product due to a multitude of reasons, i.e. sending it to the wrong address and other problems associated with unexpected packages. 1. If the unit is not turning on, check the polarity of the batteries and that they are charged. 2. If the unit turns off during firing, check that the battery cap is completely attached and contact is made between the spring and the battery.
