It can monitor energy consumption patterns in equipment and buildings remotely via the NGR-30 Gateway. This provides facility and energy managers with targeted energy consumption information essential for increasing efficiency and reducing overall power consumption. The ZEM-61 can be configured with a range of CT s and Rogowski coils to measure currents from 0.1A to 3kA per phase. A list of CT options is available on the back of this data sheet. APPLICATIONS The ZEM-61 Wireless 3-Phase Electricity Monitor is suitable for monitoring energy usage in a wide range of commercial and industrial environments. It can be used to monitor manufacturing lines, HVAC equipment, distribution panels, 3-phase machines, main incomers or any other 3-phase loads in retail environments, hotels, leisure centres, data centres, pharmaceutical and medical device manufacturing plants, food processing plants, brewing plants or any other commercial buildings. The ZEM-61 can also be used to monitor micro-generators such as wind turbines, CHP systems and PV arrays.

It can monitor energy consumption patterns in equipment and buildings remotely via the NGR-30 Gateway, which provides building and energy managers with energy consumption information essential for increasing efficiency, reducing overall power consumption and monitoring usage patterns. The ZEM-30 has on-board wireless communications for easy installation and minimum disruption to normal operations and is housed in a waterproof polycarbonate enclosure. APPLICATIONS The ZEM-30 is suitable for monitoring power consumption in light machinery, single phase equipment or small commercial buildings. It can be used to monitor lighting circuits, HVAC systems, boilers, telecoms equipment, servers, kitchen equipment, hotel rooms, trade show stands, commercial & residential buildings or any other single phase load up to 300A. There is also a 10A in-line version available with C13/14 plug and socket. The ZEM-30 can also be used for monitoring renewable energy sources such as wind turbines and PV arrays or for monitoring electric vehicle charging in homes or public charging stations.

The unit has on-board wireless communications and is housed in a vented ABS enclosure. The HTS-10 version also includes a relative humidity sensor. At 30 minute reporting intervals, the battery can last up to 10 years under normal conditions. The enclosure measures just 71mm x 71mm x 27mm and can be wall mounted using keyhole slots or sticky pads. APPLICATIONS The TES-11 and HTS-10 are designed for remotely monitoring temperature and humidity for environmental monitoring and energy management applications. These products are designed for monitoring ambient temperature and relative humidity in a wide variety of environments such as warehouses, clean rooms, pharmaceutical manufacturing plants, residential or commercial buildings, data centres, hotels, offices and in manufacturing processes that require temperature or humidity controlled environments.

There are single and dual probe versions available (dual probe: TES-22) The temperature sensor is housed in a waterproof polycarbonate enclosure so it can be deployed in a wide range of harsh environments and the onboard lithium battery is designed to last up to 10 years (at 30 min reporting interval). APPLICATIONS The TES-21 can be used for monitoring probe temperature in pharmaceutical & manufacturing plants, data centers, food processing and brewing industries, hotels, offices and for any manufacturing processes that require temperature controlled environments. The dual probe version is particularly useful for monitoring temperature in liquids or in areas where a temperature differential is of interest, such as the inlet and exhaust air temperature in a server cabinet or the flow and return temperatures in heating and cooling systems.

It can be used to monitor flow rates, pressures, levels, ph or any other energy related output which uses the industry standard 4-20mA current loop. The ZIO-10 has a reliable on-board mains power supply and secure wireless Zigbee mesh communications for easy installation and minimum disruption to normal operations. The unit is housed in a waterproof polycarbonate enclosure and has a wireless range of up to 300m outdoors. APPLICATIONS The ZIO-10 can be used to monitor an very wide range of analog parameters that relate either directly or indirectly to energy usage in commercial and industrial buildings. An example of indirect energy usage would be to monitor flow rates in a compressed air line; if a high flow rate is maintained outside of production hours this could indicate a leak in the system, or incorrect configuration of the control system. An example of direct energy monitoring via analog current loop would be tracking the level of fuel oil in a tank.

The unit has on-board Zigbee wireless communications and is housed in a waterproof polycarbonate enclosure. Pulse readings are reported to the NGR-30 Gateway at a configurable interval. Large networks of ZPC- 10 s can connect to the Gateway and deliver data to a central location for detailed analysis of energy and water consumption data. If wireless communications break down, up to 10,000 data will be logged automatically. APPLICATIONS The ZPC-10 is designed for situations where a legacy utility meter exists and retrofit of additional metering equipment is difficult or unnecessary. In data centers or manufacturing plants, facility managers may not be able to disconnect an electricity or gas supply, but may have access to a pulse output from existing meters. When the heat calculator has been programmed with the liquid type (usually water) it monitors a temperature differential and the flow rate to calculate the total heating or cooling action in a circuit. The unit is housed in a waterproof enclosure, is mains powered and includes on-board fully wireless communications based on the Zigbee standard. APPLICATIONS The ZHM-10 provides energy managers with essential information to control energy usage and costs of HVAC equipment in commercial and industrial buildings. The information reported can be used to calculate the efficiency of boilers, the coefficient of performance (CoP) of chillers or simply for energy accounting purposes to assign cost to a process or an area. Data is automatically routed from wireless nodes in a mesh network through the range extender and back to the NGR-30 Gateway. It includes an internal mains power supply which is designed to work over a wide range of voltages and on-board Zigbee wireless communications. The RTO-21 s enclosure is fully waterproof, which is ideal for use in harsh industrial or outdoor environments. APPLICATIONS The RTO-21 is perfect for connecting wireless nodes which have been deployed at the extremities of large buildings, back to a Gateway which would otherwise be out of wireless range. Many RTO-21 s can be used in a chain to extend the wireless sensor network to even greater distances. Increasing the number of range extenders also improves the strength and reliability of the mesh network by providing redundant paths for nodes to link to the Gateway.
