Initial Set Up. Please follow the instructions below to set up this gaming mouse: 1. Remove the battery cover. 2. Insert 1xAA battery. See image in battery slot for polarity instructions. 3. Remove USB receiver from storage slot. 4. Plug the USB receiver into a free USB port on your computer. The driver should install automatically. 5. Replace the battery cover. 6. Turn on the mouse using the power switch. Note: For Mac OS X Users, when plugging in the USB receiver, the Keyboard Assistant dialog box may appear. You can just close this window. DPI Adjustment. 1. Press and hold the Function button until the lights red. 2. Use the scroll wheel to adjust the DPI. The status LED will flash to indicate the DPI selected, a faster flash indicates a higher DPI. 3. Click any button to exit DPI adjusting status. Mode Change Press the Function button to change between normal mode and gaming mode. Power Saving After 3 minutes idling, the mouse enters sleep mode. Press any button to reactivate it. When the computer switches off, the mouse will switch off automatically. After the computer switches on, click any buttons to reactivate it. -2-
Note: If the mouse stops working, please replace the battery. If the battery is full, the switch is on and the USB receiver is plugged into the computer and the mouse doesn t work, please follow the steps bellow to re-pair the USB receiver and the mouse: 1. Switch off the mouse and unplug the USB receiver. 2. Switch on the mouse. Then hold both middle button and right button until the flash red. 3. Plug the USB receiver back in. 4. If the flashes quickly, the repairing has been successful and the mouse should work. -3-
