The system is designed to help alleviate the burden on the board s volunteer members. It prepares meeting minutes instantly, automates tasks and provides feedback and reminders when necessary. This particular phase focused on what happened between meetings, when information had to be dispersed or when a decision had to be reached outside of a formal meeting. Virtual meetings were created to do just that. Information could be sent out to all members and if needed a vote could be called. All virtual meetings would automatically be put into the meeting minutes and were required to be closed within a physical meeting. Introspect enables third party developers to take advantage of powerful server-side processing of EEG data. This stage of the Introspect project focused on preparing a series of mobile friendly dashboards facilitating the operations of consumers, developers and PND administrator.
