How to register for CitiManager? a) Existing online statement cardholders only Previously, you viewed your card statements at Citibank Online Statements website. The following steps outline the simple pre-registration process: Now, you will need to access our new portal, CitiManager, to view your Citi card statements. In order to gain access to your new CitiManager account, you will be sent two emails during your company s migration period containing your unique registration details. Page 1 of 8 Step 1: You will receive two emails from Citi one confirming your username and the other a temporary password. Step 2: Click on the following CitiManager link: https://home.cards.citidirect.com/commercialcard/cards.html and enter your username and temporary password in the Registered Users box and press Login. Note: If your old Online Statements username is no longer available you will be provided with a temporary username. You are able to change this under the My Profile tab. For instructions please go to Page 5. Step 3: CitiManager will advise you your temporary password has expired and you will need to create your own password for future sign-on. Step 4: After changing your password, you will be prompted to create your three challenge questions. Once completed click Save. Note: One of your challenge questions will be randomly generated each time you login to CitiManager. Step 5: You will now enter the CitiManager Home Page and your card account(s) will be visible in the Overview of My Card Accounts box.
b) Paper statement cardholders only To begin using CitiManager you will need to self register your card account and it is important to have the following information available: 16 digit Card Number Account Name from your statement Account Billing Address from your statement Step 1: Click on Self registration for cardholders link under First-time users section. Step 2: Enter your Account information exactly as it appears on your statement and click Continue. Step 3: Once your card details are entered correctly, you will need to create a Username and Password. Step 4: The next screen will display a confirmation screen. Verify that the information you entered is correct and click Confirm. Once complete you will be returned to the login screen. Enter the Username and Password you ve just created and click Login. As part of Citi s dual authentication security procedures, you will now be prompted to select three challenge questions. You cannot use the same question or answer twice and your answer must contain three or more characters. Once completed click Save and the process is complete. You will now enter the Home Page. Note: If you need to register additional cards you can do so by following the menu options: My Card Accounts > Account Info > Link another Card Account 2. Important Tips Username guidelines: This must be unique, contain 7 50 characters, may contain both alphanumeric and special characters, no spaces allowed Password guidelines: This must contain between 6 and 20 characters, case sensitive, must include at least 1 upper and lower case alpha and 1 number, special characters and spaces are acceptable, no more than 2 consecutive identical characters. Locked Account: After 180 days of inactivity your user account will be locked. To unlock, you will need to contact Citi Customer Services. Once unlocked you will be prompted to set a new password, this cannot be the same as the last 3 passwords created. Password Expiry: For security reasons your password will expire after 60 days Inactivity: After 30 minutes of inactivity, CitiManager will automatically log you out. Language: CitiManager is currently available in 15 languages; please choose your desired language in the drop-down box on the login page. Forgot Username: to retrieve click on the Forgot Username link on the log-in page Step 1: You will need to enter your user profile details. Step 2: A challenge question that you originally setup will be presented for you to answer. Step 3: Your username will be emailed from: citicommercialcards.admin@citi.com Forgot Password: to reset your own password click on the Forgot Password link on the log-in page. Step 1: You will need to enter your CitiManager username. Step 2: The next screen will ask you to enter your user profile details and challenge question. Step 3: Your temporary password will be emailed from: citicommercialcards.admin@citi.com Please note that your new temporary password will only be active for 48 hours. Page 2 of 8

1. Account Info Link and Unlink your card account(s). 2. Account Summary Snapshot of your account activity. 3. Unbilled Transactions View all new transactions posted since your last statement. 4. Statement View your last 13 months of statements. In addition you can download your statements in the following formats: CSV, Excel or PDF. 5. Apply For New Card This allows you to apply for a new card by entering your company passcode and inviters email address. 6. View Requests View the details of a prior online application. 4. Update your User Profile. 1. Update User Profile Allows you to change your profile details and view your current entitlements. Note: Personal changes made in the Profile section only impact your CitiManager website profile. Please contact Citi Customer Services to update personal details on your card account. 2. Update Preferences Permits modification of certain website preferences including: Verification Question & Answer, Language, Date & Time format and Time Zone 3. Change Password Ability to change your current password. 4. Reset Challenge Questions Change your 3 challenge questions and answers, which are randomly prompted after the initial login. Note: You will need to answer your original verification question before you can reset. 5.
