New Claims 4. Blank fields are not mandatory.. Required fields are shown in yellow and have an asterisk in the field name.. Some fields become mandatory, based upon another field input. 4. New Claims - Use the Search Icon to locate the data needed. You may input manually. However, if the input does not match the table, an error will result. - There are different types of windows displayed.. Example of a search window.. Example of a list to select from.. Serial Number Search TFE 4 Working with a Claim Header. Enter the External Reference No. (alpha or numeric characters only). Enter the Product Line either with a Manual input or use the Search Icon. Using the Part No./Material Search Icon will open the Serial Number search and allow an update of both fields at the same time. 4. Use of a wildcard to aid in your search. However, using it as the first character will create a search that will take a very long time, as it is querying the entire database. 8 File Number- 8
Serial Number Search.Select the appropriate serial number. This will cause both the Serial Number and the Material Number to populate..complete any other mandatory fields. 5 4 6 7 8 9 More on Claim Headers. Enter you external reference number. Alpha or number characters only.. Enter the part number, and within a few seconds,. Product Line data will automatically populate. Wait for it to populate before proceeding. 4. Enter the serial number. 5. Enter the program code for the warranty or MSA claim. Be sure to use the search icon. While there are several codes, here are some common ones: AW: new aircraft warranty ACW: new spare part warranty MSA: covered under a maintenance service agreement 6. Use the search icon to locate the Service Type. Select from the list. 7. Enter the event date. This is the date the failure occurred or the date the hardware was received. 8&9. If a service start date and end date are required for warranty, make sure the dates are sequentially correct. The event should be the oldest date and the end date being the most current date. Failure to do so will result in an error. 0 File Number- 0
New Claims New Claims. Account information will auto populate.. If you have multiple accounts, use the search icon to change the Partner Information.. Upon completion of this section, use the Save button. 4. The Cancel Button will remove all entered information. 4 File Number-
Line Items on Claims New Claims. You will see that a Claim number is now assigned.. Line item data can then be created/added.. Select Save to retain the data 4. Select Validate to check the data in the system for any errors. This could take several minutes. 5. Return to the claim via Manage My Claims and selecting the Claim Link 6. Review any errors. 7. Select Submit for Approval to actually send the claim for processing. OR 8. Select Delete if you do not want to process the request. Once deleted, data is NOT recoverable. 4 7 8 File Number-
Manage My Claims Update/Get Status of the Claim or Print a Credit Memo. Use the Left Navigation Menu. Go to the Update Required Tab. A list of Claims requiring your action will be provided 4. Errors will be identified by an (Red Circle with an X) 5. Click on the to view the error message. 6. Click on the Claim Number to view the claim. 7. A next to the Claim Number indicates a validation error or warning on the claim. All errors must be resolved prior to submission. 8. Claims may be deleted 4 5 8 6 7 File Number-
Manage My Claims Update Required. Click on View Errors to see the Error and Warning messages. An E is an error that must be resolved, W are warnings, I is information.. You may print this list for your use and reference in resolving the issues 4. Note that the Honeywell contact A-000 person is identified 5. After resolving issues, use the Save button, 6. Manage My Claims Completed Using the Completed Tab. Click on the Completed Tab. Use the Drop Down list, for Search parameters tied to the Credit Memo Date.. Use the Filter to launch the search for all completed claims 4. A list of completed claims that fit the search criteria will be returned. 5. Using the Review By Honeywell tab. Click on the Review by Manage My Claims Honeywell Review Honeywell Tab. Use the Drop Down list, for Search parameters tied to the Entry Date.. Use the Filter to launch the search for a broader time period 4. A list of completed claims that fit the search criteria will be returned. 5. Click on the Claim No. to view the claim details 4 5 7 File Number- 7

Manage My Claims Generate Report Generating Reports. Click on the Generate Report Tab. Select the appropriate Account from the dropdown list. Use the Claim Status checkbox to limit your search 4. Identify the appropriate search criteria: Event Date, Claim Entry Date, Claim Received date 5. Remember that the more specific the criteria, the faster the report will be generated 6. Use the Calendar icons to identify the date range 7. Click on the Generate Report button to submit the report request 4 6 7 9 File Number- 9

Click on the dropdown arrow and choose the field on which to search 4. Your selection will drive another screen, where you can input additional information to aid in your search. 5. Print Credit Memos Credit Memo will display here Print Credit Memos. The claim credit memo will display the morning after, the claim completion by Honeywell. Click on the Credit memo icon, that you wish to view or print. If the credit memo fails to display or displays a duplicate credit memo, select Windows refresh and try again. 4. If the credit memo does not display at all, turn off you popup blocker and try again. File Number-
Service Authorizations Create New 4 Service Authorizations. Used when Honeywell authorizations are required prior to a maintenance activity.. On the Left Hand 4 Navigation go to New Service Authorization. Required fields are shown in yellow and have an asterisk in the field name. 4. Use search Icons when available. Here the Material icon opens a window to select the material and serial number. 5. The header information will display. 6. Unlike the Claim Form, the pricing product line needs to be entered BEFORE a serial number and part number 7. Use the higher assembly number in the header. Detail parts and labor may not be required on the 4 Authorization. File Number- 4
New Service Authorization More Service Authorizations. Select the Event Date by clicking on the calendar icon.. Select the appropriate date.. When you have completed your inputs, click on the Save button. 5 File Number- 5
New Service Authorization More Service Authorizations. When an Authorization is first saved, the Service Authorization Number is assigned.. A line item is created.. To edit the line item, click on the edit icon 4. NOTE: Some of the more complex equipment, like TFE Engines, may have more then one service center or dealer performing maintenance on the equipment. One Authorization can be shared between service sites. A line item will be created for each site. These line items can only be updated by the assigned service provider. By using one authorization, the entire work scope can be tracked under one authorization. 6 File Number- 6

Service Authorizations Manage Manage Service Authorizations. Click on Manage My Authorizations on the Left Hand Menu. Click on the authorization number to edit or update the details. Click on Delete SA to delete the Authorization itself. 8 File Number- 8
Service Authorizations Search Search Service Authorizations. Click on Search My Authorizations tab. Use either Quick Search or Advanced Search to search for your authorizations. 9 File Number- 9
