ADMINISTRATIVE PERMISSIONS The following administrative permissions are required to manage the website creator. Total Access OR Manage Websites ACCESSING WEBSITE SETTINGS To access the Web Creator: 1. Login to your SI Play Administrator Account. 2. Go to Websites > Website Settings. 3. You should now be brought to the admin view of your SI Play Website. At the top of the screen you should see the following: Site Admin Modules Edit Page PAGES MANAGER The Pages Manager is where you will create, configure, edit and reorganize the order of pages on your site. Accessing Pages Manager To access the File Manager: PAGE MANAGER NAVIGATION Before editing and adding new pages, there are a few hidden features that will help make reorganizing your site a lot easier. Search The search bar will find and display all pages that contain the text that you have entered into the search bar. This makes for quick editing ability when your site contains multiple dropdown windows. Expand All This button will automatically expand your site hierarchy so you can see each page and the order in which they are displayed on your site. 2016 SI Play LLC. All Rights Reserved. Page 3 of 8

Drag and Drop Page Reorganization The drag and drop feature allows you to move your pages within your site hierarchy. You can make a main page a dropdown or a dropdown page a main page! To re- order your pages: 1. Click and hold the page you would like to move. 2. Drag your mouse to the new location. Main Page Indicator: Dropdown Page Indicator: 3. Release the mouse when you are satisfied with the new location of your page. 4. Repeat the steps above for each page you would like to reorganize. Right click Site to add a main page OR right click an existing main page to add as a dropdown from that navigation item. 4. Click Add Page(s). 5. Enter the names of your page(s) into the text box provided. NOTE: In order to add more than one page, the name of each page should be it s own line as shown below. Doing this will only allow instant editing of the first page on this list. 6. Click Create Page(s). 7. Your pages should now appear in your site hierarchy. CONFIGURE SITE PAGES Within the Pages Manager, you are able to configure your site pages to your liking. The configuration options available include, but are not limited to: Visibility Page Specific SEO Settings General Page Appearance Page Specific URL To configure your site pages: 2. Select the name of the page you would like to configure. Common The Common section of the page editor mainly controls general visibility of the page. Page Name This is how the name of the page will appear in the main navigation menu and/or the quick links menu (if applicable). 2016 SI Play LLC. All Rights Reserved. Page 5 of 8

Page Title: This is now the name of the page will appear in the browser tabs. Include in Menu: This dictates whether or not you would like to have this page appear in the main navigation menu. If this box is not checked, your audience will only be able to access the page if they have the direct link. Disabled: When the page is disabled it will not be available to your users. You will also not be able to access or customize the page while it is disabled. Secure: This will force the page to use a secure connection IF Secure Socket Layer (SSL) has been enabled within Site Settings. Allow Indexing: This setting controls whether search crawlers should index a page. It uses the INDEX/NOINDEX values for ROBOTS metatag. For more information on indexing and web crawlers, click here. Modules This section allows you to view what modules are included on the page and edit their style. You can also delete modules if desired. It does not allow you to add modules to your site page. NOTE: This method of editing modules is not recommended. We always recommend editing your site pages through the Edit Page feature. Delete Module via Pages Manager To delete a module via the Pages Manager: 2. Select the page you would like to edit. 3. Open the Modules category. 4. Sitemap Priority: This will tell search engines how important this page is compared to the other pages of your site. If you would rather have Google point to your photo galleries first rather than your home page, this number should be closer to 1.0. Page Description: The page description appears below the link of a search result. It is designed to give users information about your webpage before they click on the link. Page Keywords: These will tell search engines that when these words are searched - bring up your webpage as an option within search results. Page Tags: This section is visible however; Page Tags are not supported with the Web Creator. Metatags Refresh Interval: It is not recommended to set a refresh interval as it is unexpected to viewers and has the potential to disorient them while looking at your page. This is most commonly used with dynamic webpages, which are pages that can display different content from the same source code. Page Header Tags: Page header tags are used by search engines to associate the webpage with the actual content contained in the page. It is recommended to only have one page header tag per page. Appearance The Appearance section allows you to change the look and feel of each individual webpage. All pages are configured to apply the default appearance chosen in Site Admin > Site Settings > Site Appearance. Link Default Theme: The Site Theme refers to the overall default design of your website. When updating the site theme within the Pages Manager, it will change the theme for that particular page only. Click here to review the Site Theme Style Guide. Default Container: The Default Container refers to how each section/widget will appear on that particular page. Click here to review the Module Style Guide. Copy Style to Child Pages: When this button is selected, any pages that have been created under the current page you are editing, will inherit the changes specified here. NOTE: This will have to be clicked when updates are made to the individual parent pages. Large Icon: This feature has been disabled. It is still visible, but will not appear on your site if configured. Small Icon: This feature has been disabled. It is still visible, but will not appear on your site if configured. The options available under Link will replace the page you have created with the options available to choose from. None: This option will not replace your page at all. URL: When this page is selectable on the navigation menu, it will redirect your users to the external link entered. 2016 SI Play LLC. All Rights Reserved. Page 7 of 8

Page: You can redirect users to a different page on your website. This option is most commonly used when you have created a new page that you would like to replace with your current page. File: This will replace your webpage with a file that has been uploaded to File Manager. Open Link in New Browser Window: Instead of replacing your webpage with any of the options specified above, this will open the page in a new window so our site is still open and accessible. This is recommended for use when you have selected a Link Type of URL or File. MORE SETTINGS The available features contained within More Settings should not be used. Many of them are duplications from the initial page settings mentioned above. Proceed with caution when entering More Settings. 2016 SI Play LLC. All Rights Reserved. Page 8 of 8
