Transfer funds locally or overseas whenever and wherever you are. Not only is it hassle free, transferring funds online is also more costeffective. (Refer to page 2 for a simple guide to online transfers.) 3View and manage your investments. Investment Funds can be made available on Citibank Online and you can view, trade or switch your investments as well as manage your time deposit(s) on the go. 2 4 Access your account information anytime, anywhere. Through Citibank s Global View of Accounts (GVA), you can see a full consolidated overview of your other Citibank accounts globally together with your Citibank Singapore Limited account in a secured and convenient manner. Go paperless with Electronic Statements and Advices. Have your statements and advices delivered right to your email inbox, earlier than you would with the paper versions. With Citibank Online, you can access your statement details up to the last 36 months and your advice details up to the last six months. 1
YOUR GUIDE TO Online Telegraphic Transfers With Citibank s Online Telegraphic Transfer (TT) service, you can transfer funds at your convenience. Better yet, Citibank Online lets you save as you carry out your TT. To perform an online TT, you will need: (i) Citibank Online User ID and password (ii) Online Security Device (OSD)* *If you do not have an OSD, you can select 'REQUEST FOR OSD' under 'USEFUL LINKS' in Citibank Online. Alternatively, you can call our 24-hour CitiPhone Banking at +65 6224 5757 to request for one. The attached step-by-step guide will show you how to add a payee and complete your funds transfer instruction online. 2
Adding a Payee STEP 1 Log in to Citibank Online with your User ID and Password. Click on PAYMENT & TRANSFERS and select 'Manage Payee'. STEP 2 Click on the drop down menu to select your Payee Type. Select a Payee Type... 3

Adding a Payee STEP 4 Enter your Telegraphic Transfer Payee's details. FIND... You can click on the 'FIND' button to search for your destination bank either by: 'Destination Country' and 'Bank Name'; or 'Routing Method' and 'Routing Code'. Select your destination bank from the search results. Your payee s bank code will be autopopulated in the Payee Details screen when the pop-up closes. 5
STEP 5 Your destination bank's details will be auto-populated in the Payee details screen. Click on NEXT to add this Payee. Check that your Payee's details are correct and Click CONFIRM. NEXT 6

Challenge Code: 1231254785 Enter the 10 digit numeric Challenge Code with the number keypad onto the Online Security Device. Press the button again, and a 6-digit Transaction Authorization Code (TAC) will be generated. Transaction Authorization Code (TAC): Enter this 6-digit TAC (without any spacing) in the "Transaction Authorization Code (TAC)" field and proceed with the transaction. Note: If you make any error while entering the Challenge Code onto the Onlilne Security Device, press the button that also functions as backspace. CONTINUE 7

Check the details of your transaction and click CONFIRM AND PAY. Save on Each Transfer For all offline TT withdrawals, there is a 0.125% commission plus postage or cable charges where applicable. With Citibank Online, there is no commission fee. Tips on Online Security Citibank strives to ensure banking with us is always safe and secure. But as a user of online banking services, you should also do your part in keeping your information safe and secure. Here are some ways you can protect yourself. 1. Enter Citibank s website address(es) directly into the address field of your browser. 2. Ensure that you are on a secure website: Check the beginning of the web address in the address field of your browser. It should read https:// and not http:// Look out for a padlock icon on the status bar at the top of the browser or at the beginning of the address field Double-click on the padlock to view details of the security certificate that is issued to Citibank 3. Verify the authenticity of the website by checking that: The security certificate is issued to www.ipb.citibank.com.sg or www.ipb.citigold.citibank.com.sg It is issued by Verisign It has a valid date 4. Do not save your online banking login details with your browser. 5. Clear your browser's cache and history after each session so that your account information is removed, especially if you are using a shared computer. 6. Always log out once you have completed your online banking transaction. 7. Update the bank when you change your contact details. This is so that you can be contacted in a timely manner should we detect any unusual transactions. 8. Ensure that your computer is installed with anti-virus software. Also make sure that your computer and browser software is updated with the latest security updates. These will help prevent unauthorized access to your computer. 9. Keep your User ID and Password confidential. Only enter your details once you have ensured that you are on a secure website. You should never disclose your User ID and Password or any other confidential information. Avoid recording your confidential details anywhere, try to memorize them instead. You should not reveal your confidential details to anyone, even if they claim to be a staff of Citibank. 10. Do not use a shared computer or device that cannot be trusted for Internet banking. These devices may be installed with software that can capture your personal information without your approval. 11. Keep your Online Security Device (OSD) with you at all times. It should not be used by anyone else or tampered with. The One-Time PIN (OTP) generated on your OSD or via SMS should not be disclosed to anyone.
