Founders SWHARD has been founded by: Alfonso Mantero: Physicist, worked for several research institutions such as ESA, IN2P3 (Bordeaux) and INFN. Expert in Monte Carlo simulations and modeling of physical/chemical phenomena continues to cultivate a passion for communication and teaching. Egon Carusi: Informaticist, worked for a long time on borderline projects between science and technology research with several companies (CAEL, Viglietti and more) where he dedicated himself to numerical modeling, simulation and human interface for machine remote control. In the last five years he worked as a senior embedded software engineer at Ericsson. Piergiorgio Beruto: Physicist, worked for seven years at Marconi/Ericsson, acting also as a consultant for a lot of small/medium companies in the automotive, biomedical and TLC market since 2004. Expert in both hardware and real-time embedded software he also developed a passion for technical coaching of the personnel.
