WhatsUp Gold - Integration with Cisco Connected TAC services

Connected TAC Overview The "Connected TAC" is a limited time trial for a value added service for customers that hold a Smart Net Total Care or equivalent support contract. It leverages digitized Intellectual Capital and expertise from the Cisco Technical Assistance Center (TAC) to proactively identify and resolve device issues before they impact network performance, availability and security. Customers can use the provided remediation to fix identified issues and improve Business Continuity and Risk Management. ConnectedTAC information Questions? Contact MSPteam@ipswitch.com 25

WhatsUp Gold Partners with Cisco to Provide Connected TAC Services to Customers Cisco chose WhatsUp Gold as a preferred solution to provide advanced proactive services to customers Diagnostic Bridge Questions? Contact MSPteam@ipswitch.com 26

WhatsUp Gold - Integration with Cisco Services Cisco Customers and Partners use WUG as: a powerful, flexible NMS a bridge between Cisco devices and Cisco Connected TAC advanced services Questions? Contact MSPteam@ipswitch.com 27

WhatsUp Gold - Integration with Cisco Services Customers can run system diagnostics manually one device at a time via the Cisco CLI Analyzer or schedule proactive, automated diagnostic scans of multiple devices through the Cisco Diagnostic Bridge. Benefit for customers: with WUG it is easier to get device list form one central point (WUG as source of truth ), by integrating the Bridge with WUG. The Diagnostic Bridge has to be installed on the WUG server. Questions? Contact MSPteam@ipswitch.com 29

How WhatsUp Gold works with Connected TAC The bridge proactively runs and collects results of show commands which is transmitted to Cisco via secure API connection to be correlated with Cisco intellectual capital. Data is analyzed by automated scripts built and constantly refreshed by Cisco engineers based on the knowledge gained from the millions of cases they handle at the Cisco TAC. Diagnostic results, which are sent back to bridge, can be viewed via MyDiagnostics UI. Questions? Contact MSPteam@ipswitch.com 30
