Usage of Cloud Workload Protection post the expiry of the free trial period is chargeable. If you choose to cancel your subscription before the free trial expires, you will not be charged for any usage of Cloud Workload Protection.
How do I sign up for Cloud Workload Protection from AWS Marketplace? 4 To sign up for Cloud Workload Protection from AWS Marketplace 1 On the Cloud Workload Protection listing page of AWS Marketplace, press Continue to go to the subscription page. Note: If you had previously signed up for a trial or had bought Cloud Workload Protection from outside of AWS Marketplace, you cannot sign up again from AWS Marketplace. Please contact Customer Care. 2 On the subscription page, press Subscribe. You are now subscribed to Cloud Workload Protection. Set up an account to access the product.
How do I check the subscription status 5 3 Press Set Up Your Account. 4 On the Create Account page, enter the details and create an account. 5 After you create the account, you'll receive an email from Symantec to verify your email address and create a password for Cloud Workload Protection. You'll then receive another email with your fulfillment ID. Keep that email for future reference. You are now signed up and ready to use Cloud Workload Protection. How do I check the subscription status 6 To check the subscription status 1 On the Cloud Workload Protection listing page AWS Marketplace, press Continue and go to the subscription page. 2 On the subscription page, press the link in the Having issues signing up for your product? section. It'll take you to the product registration page. 3 On the product registration page, press the link that is provided with the text To check the status of your subscription request. Cloud Workload Protection displays the status of your subscription.
How do I get started with Cloud Workload Protection? 7 How do I get started with Cloud Workload Protection? We have a Quick Start Checklist to help you get started with the product. At a high level, you need to perform the following tasks after you sign in to Cloud Workload Protection: To get started with Cloud Workload Protection 1 Configure a connection with the cloud service provider. Currently, the product supports AWS and Microsoft Azure. After you set up the connection, your instances on the cloud platforms are automatically imported to Cloud Workload Protection. 2 Install Cloud Workload Protection agents on the instances. You can use Chef or Puppet scripts to automate the procedure, create machine images with agent baked in, or install agents manually. 3 Explore the software services that are installed on the instances, and view potential threats and vulnerabilities that are associated with them. 4 Create policy groups with pre-shipped policies and apply the policy group to the instances. In your AWS account, go to My Billing Dashboard to view the billing and the usage statistics.
How do I cancel my subscription of Cloud Workload Protection? 8 Go to Bills to see the detailed billing. In the Cloud Workload Protection web portal, the same information is available under Instances and Software Services > Subscription and Usage. You can cancel your subscription any time from the AWS Marketplace account. When you cancel the subscription, any free trail that is available in your account will lapse. If you choose to subscribe again and want to avail the free trial, contact Symantec support.
How do I cancel my subscription of Cloud Workload Protection? 9 To cancel your subscription 1 In AWS Marketplace, go to Your Marketplace Software and press SaaS. You should see Symantec Cloud Workload Protection listed on the SaaS page. 2 Press CANCEL SUBSCRIPTION. All the instances that are associated with a subscription must be terminated before you cancel the subscription. 3 Press YES, CANCEL SUBSCRIPTION. Points to note If you choose to cancel the subscription, it takes up to an hour to reflect your latest usage billings in your AWS Marketplace My Billing Dashboard.
How does Cloud Workload Protection help achieve business objectives? 10 After canceling the subscription, you cannot subscribe again until 1 hour. If you choose to subscribe again, you must create a new account for Cloud Workload Protection. Your previous account and the associated data cannot be restored.
