Settlement Inquiry- New submission A new drop down box has been added to the title Settlement Inquiry. Submission and Follow-Up. Both of these sub-titles have a customer expectation of 15 days: Submission: This is to be used for all new Settlements being submitted to the payroll Office for processing. A new template has been added to assist the customer in identifying all required documentation up front. The template outlines a settlement checklist to include attachments fields to assist the agency in identifying all required documentation in advance. All new settlement submissions must be provided under this title. If tickets are submitted un an incorrect title, such as SF- 50 or pay audit, the ticket will be returned and requested to be submitted under the new mandated submission template. 9/29/2017 Integrity - Service - Innovation 5

Settlement Inquiry-Submission The details filed will need to be populated with the information related to the settlement for the payroll Office. It s a mandated field to be populated. Next scroll down the Remedy ticket to the Template. The first fields is mandatory. Copy of the Settlement must be attached. The second field has been edited for the employee statement relative to back-pay. Select Yes to upload and No if this is not relevant. IE: Settlement pertains to leave only and no pay is impacted. Settlement Inquiry-Submission Attach Copy of settlement agreement under legal documents field and Employee Statement Relative to back pay. The settlement agreement field is mandated to proceed with a new inquiry NOTE: Edits are in effect to disallow submission of a Settlement without the required Settlement Agreement. 9/29/2017 Integrity - Service - Innovation 8

Settlement Inquiry-Submission If multiple documents are required per each individual field such a SF-50s, please scan the documents into one upload file per attachment or use a zip file to condense the data. This helps keep all like documents within the same fields. Keep in mind that there are five additional attachment fields located within the Remedy ticket. Zip files are single files, sometimes called "archives", that contain one or more compressed files. Zip files make it easy to keep related files together and make transporting, e-mailing, downloading and storing data and software faster and more efficient. 9/29/2017 Integrity - Service - Innovation 10
Settlement Inquiry-Submission After questions one through five have been reviewed and all relevant documents uploaded to the appropriate attachment fields. Settlement Inquiry- Follow-Up The second sub-title for review: Settlement Inquiry Follow Up: This title is to be used for follow up inquires pertaining to a prior settlement Inquiry submission ticket only. IE: To provide missing documentation or questions regarding PRO actions on a specific settlement. Include in the details section of the ticket the following: prior Remedy ticket number and indicate the actions that are correct as well as any actions that need correcting.
