INSTALLATION OF DILIGENCE FOR EXCEL FROM THE DILIGENCE ZIP FILE PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING INSTRUCTIONS WILL RESULT IN A STAND-ALONE INSTALLATION; THAT IS TO SAY INFORMATION WILL NOT BE SHARED WITH OTHER INSTANCES OF DILIGENCE ON YOUR CORPORATE NETWORK, IF APPLICABLE. If you already have Diligence installed as an addin, please first go to Remove the Diligence Addin at the very end of this document. The.zip, zipped Diligence installation file can be used instead of the automated setup executable file, and is the installation of choice for consultant versions of the software which may need to be installed on client sites, plus those users with corporate access limitations. Although not essential, we strongly recommend that you also set up the addin which will enable Diligence to be loaded automatically with Excel (see instructions after the installation) The instructions below can be undertaken by any level of Excel user and administrative privileges are rarely required for installation to MyDocuments or Roaming locations. However, if you run into problems please see the Issues and Errors section at the end of the document. Issues or Problems?? Email us: Support@DiligenceForExcel.com
