Critical next steps Update your contact information Having up-to-date information allows us to better serve you and provide you with the latest information. Please log into the current Online Banking then select Change Contact Information from the down arrow next to your name. Please verify your current email address, phone number, and mailing address, and make updates as necessary. Bill Pay users... While the look of Bill Pay will change, all your current payees and scheduled payments will transition over. Before the new Online Banking Platform launches, please make a list of your payees and scheduled payments. Anything currently within Bill Pay, including unused payees, will also transition over. All Bill Pay Users: Bill Pay will not be available to add new bills or to adjust the ones already established to be paid between August 8 and August 15, 2017. All bills that you have entered to be paid during that time will be made as requested. ebill customers: If you have established ebills through Online Banking (not ebills established through your biller), please: 1. Remove these ebills within Bill Pay as they will not transition to the new site (your payees and scheduled payments will transition to the new platform). 2. Contact the Biller to request paper invoices to ensure that you do not miss any payments during the transition. 3. Once our new Online Banking is introduced, you may re-establish your ebills. Please plan ahead and preschedule any payments needed. NOTE: All payments that are prescheduled during the down time will be paid including those that are recurring. After the Online Banking Platform launches on August 15, please refer to the list you made with your Bill Pay information and confirm that your payees and scheduled payments transferred over correctly into the new platform.

Other financial tracking and budgeting software (including Quicken and Mint) users... If you utilize one of these accounting programs or similar ones such as Mint, you will not be able to access your information during conversion from August 14 through August 15, 2017. Direct Connect Users: Direct Connect will be discontinued on August 14, 2017. You will be able to download your information using Web Connect beginning August 15, 2017. Direct Connect will be replaced by Express Connect which will become available approximately five business days after the conversion. If you utilize other accounting or personal finance manager programs, please note that the URL (web address) is changing. You will be able to copy and bookmark it from your browser while logged into the new online banking system. Money Transfers Transfers to and from external accounts: Your established transfers will transition over to the new online banking system and you will be able to begin using them on August 15, 2017. Transfers to (only) external accounts: The new system will only enable transferring to and from external accounts. External transfers to (only) will no longer be available. If you wish to continue making transfers to another account that you do not own, our new P2P (person-to-person) service will provide an excellent and easy-to-use means to accomplish this. You may begin using the P2P service on August 15, 2017. If you own an account to which you have been transferring money to (only) through the existing online banking, and you wish to continue making transfers to that account after the transition, you will need to re-establish the External Transfer. Additionally, you will need to verify ownership of the account at the other financial institution as you will then be able to transfer money to and from it. Please make a note of all accounts you would like to transition to the P2P service or to reestablish transfers, at your earliest convenience. Use this as a reference once the new system is available on September 6 to re-establish the transfers or to make the P2P payments. Account Alerts users... The Online Banking Platform uses a new alerts system that provides you with more ways to stay on top of your accounts through email and text notifications. Please note that you will need to reset any alerts you currently have after the platform launches. Set up the alerts you prefer with options including those that tell you when a loan payment is due, when you ve exceeded a budget, when a transfer goes through, and when you log in.
