Vessel Sailing Schedules Introduction This service will allow exporters and Freight Forwarders to search for available vessel sailing schedules for more than 700 ports around the world. The sailing schedules are published by Shipping Lines directly on Dubai Trade Portal. To begin with navigation, login to your Dubai Trade account and then choose the service group: Vessel Schedules. Then click on the Search service. Search This service is used to display available vessel schedules departing from Jebel Ali to any destination port (rest of the world) up to a maximum of 6 weeks. - 3 -
1. Enter the Port of destination (The port of Origin will always be AEJEA - Jebel Ali). Enter the port name or the port code either way the system will suggest results based on matching port names/codes. 2. Select Search result s sort order By Depature Date at Origin or Arrival Date at Desination. 3. Pick the midpoint date from the calendar icon 4. Indicate the differential (+/-) from the drop down (This means the search results will display schedules X weeks before the chosen date, schedules on the chosen date and schedules X weeks after the chosen date 5. Click on Search to initiate the query 6. The system displays the results based on the search criteria - 4 -
The results will display the Date Filters tab by default. There are 2 other tabs that you can access (Shipping Line and Modify Search) Date Filters Tab In this tab, the results are separated into columns according to Shipping Lines. Where each column will have a Shipping Line header with the respective information displayed in its column: ETD: is the estimated time of departure from Jebel Ali ETA: is the estimated time of arrival to the destination port Days: is the duration of the travel T/S: indicates how many transshipment operations are involved within the duration of the travel. 0 means either no transshipment or Shipping Line has not provided any Transshipment information. - 5 -
Important: The search results will display 4 shipping line columns. Additional shipping line schedules can be seen by clicking on the Next Button Important: you can further filter the results by using the slider to narrow down the Departure, Arrival, Duration and Transshipment Filters For example: The departure from Jebel Ali (AEJEA) under Departing is filtered from 25 October -12 until 06 Nov 12. You can use the slider to narrow down the dates: In this case, the results will be filtered accordingly. This can be done for the other columns (Departure, Arrival, Duration and Transhipment) Shipping Line Tab This tab is essentially similar to the display results of the previous tab (Date Filter). The results of this tab are affected and determined by the criteria and filters used in the Data Filter Tab (vice versa). - 6 -
Important: you can further filter the results by checking or unchecking shipping lines from the top of the page. The system will display results for lines that are checked. Modify Search Tab This tab allows the user to revise the entire search criteria. User can select a new Port of Destination and search for new Departure or Arrival dates. - 7 -

8. A message will appear that will ask show users the sailing details with vessel information. 9. Book Now (This feature is currently unavailable but will allow you to be redirected to the Shipping Line s website) 10. Click on Book Now - 9 -
Exporting the Search Result for Report The search results may be exported to either Excel, Word or PDF 1. You will see the document types on the upper right hand corner of the screen after the results have been displayed. 2. Click on the desired file format 3.
