Bidder(s) must submit their response in yes or no only, any compliance with qualified statement shall be treated as non-compliance. Module Feature Id Technical & Functional Specifications Database Tier (Exadata X7-2 Half Rack 1 for DC + 1 for DR)s I 1 The vendor shall propose Oracle Exadata X7-2 Engineered System solution for running multiple Oracle Databases. The vendor shall propose the pre-packaged, tested, integrated Oracle Exadata X7-2 Half Rack system combining Database Servers, Exadata Storage and related Networking components together in a single rack. Equal HW configuration needs to be proposed in DR site as well. I 2 Have capability to run mixed workloads including Online Transaction Processing (OLTP), Data Warehousing (DW), In-memory Analytics and consolidation of various workloads. Be the optimized and high availability platform for running the Oracle Database 11gR2 or higher. Be a highly available with redundant components for seamless failover. The Proposed Integrated Systems should deliver at least 5-nines availability in a Maximum Availability Architecture (MAA) configuration and OEM/Vendor must appear in the IDC AL4 fault-tolerant market segment Have one single point of contact for all proposed components hardware, software, networking and Oracle Database Mandatory / N Page 2 of 8 Corrigendum II 30/05/2018

I 3 The Proposed Oracle Exadata X7-2 solution should Allow multiple generation server and storage to be deployed seamlessly into existing Exadata Database Machines rack to ensure further scalability for Bank. Vendors must ensure that Database server connects with storage server/controller over high speed, low latency fabric with minimum 40Gbps network interconnect. The Proposed System should provide Linear scalability in terms of performance and storage capacity. Proposed Exadata X7-2 rack must support Exadata Flash Cache, Exadata Smart Scan, Exadata storage Indexing, Exadata smart fusion block transfer and query offloading to storage servers features for accelerating multiple Oracle RAC Database performance that Bank plans to host on Proposed Exadata solution. Ensure that the database will have no down-time even in case of failure-e within the system at unit level or CPU level or other subsystem level. Be based on Grid Architecture, and each Storage Server/Array must be physically isolated unit, having its own Storage Controller, CPU, Memory, Disk, and Flash and interconnect ports. Shall provide hybrid storage capability and intelligently use both PCIe Flash card and Disks Storage. 4 Proposed Exadata X7-2 Storage System should : Provide Integrated Flash cache technology to enhance I/O rate and Data bandwidth. To enhance Database Server performance, the proposed storage must have Flash capacity configured to hold minimum minimum 100% capacity of RDBMS data as mentioned in point no 3 above in redundancy. Proposed solution must provide higher I/O operations supporting minimum SQL Flash Bandwidth>=175GB/s, SQL flash read + write IOPS >= 4.5 Million for Production. All IOPS metric must be considering 8K IO request running SQL and must be documented in vendor s website for independent verification by Bank. Solution must protect data against disk or entire single storage server/array failures. Capability of future expansion and upgrades without Database Services downtime o Bidders must ensure proposed RDBMS HW Layer must have o Oracle Enterprise Linux Operating System (OS) supporting unlimited user o Online update for Kernel and User space libraries while OS is running without downtime for highest availability, Security features o Comprehensive tracing, diagnostics feature at OS level o Comprehensive container feature and container management software Support patching and software upgrades without downtime Page 3 of 8 Corrigendum II 30/05/2018

I 5 Minimum Hardware requirements Production/DR Exadata rack must be configured with minimum 4 Qty Exadata X7-2 Database Servers, 7 Qty X7-2 Storage Servers. Minimum 4 No(s) of latest generation Oracle X7-2 Database Servers having total 192 cores with 7 qty Oracle X7-2 Exadata Storage giving total capacity of 300 TB usable with normal redundancy or 250 TB usable with high redundancy as minimum required capacity for RDBMS solution Each database server should be populated with minimum of 2 latest generation processors with minimum 24 x86 cores or higher with minimum clock speed 2.1 GHz or higher Each database server must have minimum 384GB memory (DDR4) with scalability to 1.5TB or higher The database server should support Enterprise Linux 6 OS or higher version with the Unbreakable Enterprise Kernel (UEK) The database server should have minimum 4 x 10 GbE Ethernet ports for client/management connectivity minimum 2 x QDR (40Gb/s) InfiniBand ports or more ports for internal management connectivity should have at least 1 ILOM Ethernet port for remote management Each database server should have minimum 4x 600GB (or larger) SAS Disks (Hot-Swappable) internal HDD. Storage Server /Array Controller - minimum specification Each Storage Server /controller should be populated with minimum of 2 processors. Each Processor should be latest generation with minimum 10 cores or more cores The proposed Storage Server /Array should have latest version of 64-bit and high performance x86 architecture processors with minimum clock speed of 2.0 GHz or higher. The Storage Subsystem should allow for dynamic tiering of Storage with Support for Enterprise grade flash as well as SAS Drives. Each Storage Server /Array must have minimum 192GB memory (DDR4) or larger Each Storage Server /Array should also have enterprise grade flash, minimum 4 x 6.4 TB (or larger) PCIe Flash Cards or more cards for hot block caching at Storage level. The Storage Server /Array should have minimum 2x QDR (40Gb/s) InfiniBand ports or equivalent and additional ports for management connectivity. The Storage Server /Array should have at least 1 Ethernet port for remote management Proposed Storage Server/Array should support at least RAID-0 or RAID-10 configuration with triple mirror for maximum redundancy. I 6 Infiniband Switch 2 Qty each with 36 ports The Proposed system should have minimum 2x redundant 40Gb/s Infiniband switches or more and Each Infiniband switch should have minimum 30 ports or more ports to ensure sufficient scalability and redundancy Ethernet Switch- The Proposed system should have minimum 1x Ethernet switch or more with minimum 48 ports or more ports for data center connectivity and administration. Proposed Exadata X7-2 must be 42U rack with completely redundant hardware, including redundant InfiniBand networking, redundant Power Distribution Units (PDU), redundant power supplies, and redundant database and storage servers. I 7 a) Bidders must include minimum 3 years Oracle support from the date of installation. This includes all proposed Oracle components of the solution b) Support of software must include entitlement of all Minor and Major releases and enhancements of Software components c) Proposed Exadata X7-2 Half Rack must be augmented with existing Exadata X4-2 Servers and Storage by OEM. Necessary services needs to be factored by the bidder. d) Bidder must ensure that respective Exadata Software license for Exadata X2-2 Half rack is reused for proposed Exadata X7-2 Half rack ZS Backup Storage (ZS5-2 1 for DC + 1 for DR ) II 1 Bidders must propose Enterprise class Oracle ZFS Storage ZS5-2 unified Storage for backup of Exadata Engineered System deployed at Production and DR Site. Two nos of Unified storage controllers in High Availability should be proposed to handle independent workloads and controller failover. Failover between the storage controllers shall be seamless and there should be no reconfiguration required to achieve any of these. Proposed Storage must have self-healing file system architecture that ensures end to end data integrity, and a rich set of enterprise-class data services. Equal HW configuration needs to be proposed in DR site as well. II 2 Bidders must propose powerful controller for backup requirement. Dual controller Storage with minimum 4 x 18-core 2.3 GHz Intel Xeon processors or higher must be proposed. Page 6 of 8 Corrigendum II 30/05/2018

II 3 Proposed Storage must have Unique, intelligent multithreading symmetric multiprocessing storage OS with enterprise-class data services, robust data protection, Hybrid Pool Capability. Minimum features that Bank needs and should be provided: a) Snapshots (creating space efficient snapshots without performance degradation and restoring from snapshots) b) Email alerts,snmp. c) Automatic error reporting via email to support center. d) Storage should have the ability to multiple snapshots, without any Perforamance degradation on the production volumes. If separate licensing is required for these features, it must be included in the proposed system. e) Should support features like clone, SNAP utilility, Hybrid columnar compression for leading database software. Bidders need to provide publically available documents / datasheet for the same as supporting document. II 4 Proposed ZS Storage must support: File-level protocol: NFS v2/v3/v4, CIFS, HTTP, WebDAV, FTP/SFTP/FTPS Block-level protocol: ISCSI, Fibre Channel, iser, SRP, IP over InfiniBand, RDMA over InfiniBand Data compression: Four distinct compression options to balance data reduction with performance for specific workloads Hybrid Columnar Compression : 3x to 5x reduction in storage footprint with existing Databases from leading vendor for OLTP, data warehousing, or mixed workloads II 5 Each proposed Storage array controller should be provided with minimum 384 GB memory per controller to cater higher read & write backup workloads. One global cache for all the Protocols. II 6 Storage should support Flash to increase Read & Write Performance. Storage should have a dedicated read flash and dedicated write flash for performance improvements Proposed storage should be provided with minimum 3.2 TB SSD read flash accelerator per controller with 100% scalability for future. Proposed storage should be provided with minimum 200 GB mirrored Write flash SSD per 20 disks spindles for best write performance. II 7 Each storage array should be configured with minimum a) 4 nos. of add on 10 GbE ports with necessary transceivers b) 4 nos of add on Infiniband ports or equivalent for application use II 8 Proposed Storage should support multiple types of Disk Spindles like 1.2 TB and 10TB HDDs with minimum 12Gbps SAS-3 backend loop support II 9 Redundant and Hot replaceble modules: Disk Drive, power supplies & fans.should be able to protect data against simultaneous double disk failure in same raid group.should be able to support OS disk redundancy without reboot. System should not have any Single Point of Failure(SPOF). Operating System disk should be seperate and it has to be fully redundant. Page 7 of 8 Corrigendum II 30/05/2018

II 10 Storage should support SAS-3 Disks both 10K RPM & 7.2RPM. Storage back end connectivity should be SAS-3 12Gbps. Proposed storage should provide scalability of minimum 3.8PB. The storage should be configured with minimum 320 TB usable capacity in Raid6 with NSPOF configuration for backup data. II 11 Storage should support all RAID Levels like Striping, mirroring, triple-mirroring, single-parity RAID, double-parity RAID, triple-parity RAID, wide stripes. Storage Should support protection against double disk failures disk failures in same RAID group. Should be capable to protect data against simultaneous two disk failures in a RAID6 group which needs to be demonstrated at the time of installation.. Storage-based Filesystem should support Data Checksum to avoid silent data corruption. II 12 The proposed storage array should have in-line Deduplication capabilities and the license for the same should be proposed for the complete supported capacity of the array. These capabilities should help in removing redundant blocks. Storage should also support HCC compression for further reduction of redundant blocks II 13 Should provide system management console or network intial setup of the equipment Browser based management GUI. Should have management tool to monitor status and health of the storage system Like performance, Throughput, Network Connection, Controller health etc. II 14 Should have tool to monitor network Traffic, Protocol Operations Rates, Protocol Operation Latencies, CPU Utilization, Disk throughput, client side throughput, throughput per protocol. Tool should be online where all the statistics should be shown without any time delay and able to resolve if any issues II 15 a) Bidders must include minimum 3 years Oracle support from the date of installation. This includes all proposed Oracle components of the solution b) Support of software must include entitlement of all Minor and Major releases and enhancements of Software components II 16 Proposed Storage would be deployed in industry standard Rack (42U)should be supplied by the bidder All other terms and conditions remain same. ************************** Page 8 of 8 Corrigendum II 30/05/2018
