LOGIN ecat.spectrapremium.com/users/login Find the ecommerce Login on the www.spectrapremium.com website or click the ecommerce link at ecat.spectrapremium.com To open an ecommerce session you have to log in with your username and password. REMEMBER ME? Check this option to stay connected and skip the authentication process on your next visits*. *Note: You need to activate your cookies in the browser options. FORGOT YOUR PASSWORD? Click and follow the steps to create a new password. *Note: If you have access to more than one location, you have to choose one on the opening session. Company. Name. Telephone. Email. Address (Please note that the address will automatically be used as the shipping and billing address). Spectra Premium Sales Rep. ecommerce HOMEPAGE ecat.spectrapremium.com Once you have successfully signed in, you will be directed to the new ecommerce homepage, which is the same as the ecatalog page with additional features. NEW PRODUCT RELEASE The middle table lists new part releases. All parts are listed by product category, then by product line. These parts have been released in the previous days. PART NO. This column lists products by their product line as well as their part number. The table is organized by product line DESCRIPTION Lists the vehicles on which the new part fits DOWNLOAD PDF Download the part specifications and related applications in pdf format. SEARCH TYPE Column helps you find the right part for your vehicle. *See the Browsing section for more details

BROWSING SECTION / ecatalog PART DETAILS By clicking a part number, all available information on this part will be displayed (i.e. photos, specifications). This list includes information to help you choose the right part and add it to your shopping cart. PRODUCT LINE PART NUMBER PHOTOS Click to zoom and see details (front, back, right, left, kit and top views) PRICE * DESIRED QUANTITY (Not availability) ADD TO CART 7 Click Add to cart to add the part to your cart manager. PARTS SPECIFICATIONS Provides detailed information on the part. The information provided is different from one product line to another. * 7 8 APPLICATIONS Details vehicles using this part, you can download this list in PDF format. 9 0 WHERE TO BUY Store locator for consumers to purchase parts. VIDEOS Shows any videos related to the product. 0 8 9 * All prices in this guide are fictitious and used as examples. 8

BROWSING SECTION / ecatalog SEARCH BY VEHICLE DESCRIPTION. Using the drop-down menus, select the Year, the Make and the Model. Click Submit to send your request. *Note: We use the 000 Ford F-0 V8.L as example A list of the vehicles for which we have products will be displayed.. Click the vehicle of your choice to display the complete list of parts available for this vehicle.. Can t find your vehicle? leads to a form where you can submit a vehicle for our product development team to consider.. Click the drop-down arrow to see the available parts for the vehicle. If prices and availability are known, you can now add the part directly to your cart in the desired quantity.. If the price is unavailable for an item, you will see a message The x price is unavailable and the Add to cart option will not show.. If two or more similar parts are available for the same vehicle, you may check the Compare option for both parts to choose the right one for your needs. SEARCH BY LICENSE PLATE (U.S. Only) Enter the vehicle s License Plate number in the Plate# and select the state from the drop-down menu. To launch the search, simply click Submit. 9

BROWSING SECTION / ecatalog SEARCH BY VIN (Vehicle Identification Number) Enter the vehicle s VIN number in the VIN box. To launch the search, simply click Search A VIN identifies each unique vehicle. SEARCH BY PART NUMBER You can also search for information by product line. However, you need to have the part number (in whole or in part) on hand. SEARCH BY VISUAL COMPARISON If you do not have any identifying numbers at hand, the Visual Comparison option is another way to access the parts database. Choose the Product Line under Line, the Year and Make of the Vehicle, then click Submit to send your request. SEARCH BY UNIVERSAL FIT PRODUCTS The Universal Fit Products search option lists all the products for each product line that does not have any specific vehicle application attached to it. Choose the Product Line under Line then click Submit to send your request. 0

SEARCH BY INTERCHANGE You can also search by Interchange. Interchanges are the competitor or OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) numbers. If you have either of these two numbers: In the Part # box, enter your part number, then click Submit to send your request. You will see a new page with the two lists of possible corresponding numbers. To help you find the right part, the ecat provides four types of information, i.e.: Company Part no. Product Line DID YOU MEAN The second list Did you mean includes a broader search that includes the number you have written. Once you have found the Spectra part number you need, click the part number in the Spectra Part no. column. You will be redirected to that product s page.

SHOPPING SECTION ecat.spectrapremium.com/shopping-cart SHOPPING CART Click on the shopping cart icon in the top right menu to view the quick add feature, the contents of your cart manager, and your shopping cart. QUICK ADD Lets you quickly add several parts to your cart manager. PART NUMBER Enter the desired part no. in this box QUANTITY Select the quantity to add to your shopping cart from the drop-down menu. SUBMIT To add these parts to the CART MANAGER in the center UPLOAD ORDER Use this link to upload larger orders from a single.csv file (Microsoft Excel or equivalent) See next page for more details. CART MANAGER Allows you choose the origin of the parts before placing an order. 7 REMOVE 7 8 8 Allows you to remove each part from the Cart Manager SELECT ORIGIN Always allows you to choose the origin and availability of your part(s) 9 0 9 AVAILABILITY Shows the status of product availability according to your location.

0 CONFIRM To transfer the item to the Shopping Cart with your chosen delivery origin options EMPTY CART Removes all the items from the Cart Manager in a single click SHOPPING CART Shows your selected products before checkout. CHECKOUT The button initiates the final ordering process. *Note: The Checkout button will only appear if there are parts in the Shopping Cart. SHOPPING SECTION ecat.spectrapremium.com/shopping-cart/upload-order UPLOAD CSV For larger stock orders, we recommend using this Upload.CSV feature. The Upload Order (.csv) link is under the Quick Add form. PREPARE THE STOCK ORDER FILE Open an Excel Spreadsheet or an equivalent software Write the column title as such in the first cell: PartNumber, Quantity Write each part number with the desired quantity* *Important, without any space between the comma and the values When the list is complete, click on Save As and in the Type format, choose CSV (Comma-separated value) Ignore the may contain features that are not compatible with CSV message and save the file.

SHOPPING SECTION BACK TO THE ECOMMERCE WEBSITE Click Browse to find you file Write a purchase order number Click Submit If filled correctly, the complete part list will be uploaded on-screen, then you can then directly place your order. IMPORTANT: Spectra Premium s Distribution Center will manage the shipping and availability for your stock order.

CHECKOUT Once the ordering process has been initiated (by clicking the Checkout button), you must validate the order and the shipping options available for each site listed in your order. SHIP TO Displayed the address linked to your account and cannot be changed. To ship to another address, you can request to create another account. LIST OF ORDERED ITEMS Review the ordered items part numbers, quantities and prices. SUBTOTAL (without shipping) Calculates the order subtotal for each branch location before selecting your shipping options. SHIPPING TYPE You can change the default option displayed by clicking CHANGE (see next page for more information) DELIVERY INSTRUCTIONS Add any notes related to your order in this box 7 PURCHASE ORDER A number has been generated automatically, but you may change it to fit your own ordering system. 7 8 TOTAL (without shipping) Calculates the order subtotal (all branches included) before selecting your shipping options. 8 9 0 9 TOTAL (with shipping) Calculates the total order cost 0 BACK TO SHOPPING CART Return to the previous Cart Manager screen without losing your current information to modify your order. CANCEL Returns you to the previous screen without placing an order PLACE ORDER Please verify all your information, because this is the final step in placing your order with us.

SHOPPING SECTION SHIPPING TYPE (continued from checkout) You can change the shipping type option by clicking CHANGE and selecting your preferred delivery option. DEFAULT Determined during the registration process, you may change this by calling -888-90-8888 FEDEX / UPS / CARDINAL One or several options are available through different shipping companies, the shipping costs may vary for each option. OTHERS Includes all the other shipping options that you chose during the registration process. These options can be revised - added or removed - by calling -888-90-8888 PICK UP Pick up the part at Spectra Premium Distribution Center selected for the order (no shipping costs) LOCAL RUN Spectra Premium ships from the Distribution Center selected for the order to your location, if you are located near the Distribution Center Click CONFIRM to validate your selection or Cancel to keep the default option.

ORDER CONFIRMATION This confirmation screen will appear if the order was processed successfully. CONFIRMATION EMAIL You will receive a confirmation email containing the details of the transaction. ERROR If there is an issue with your order, this message will appear: An error occurred while processing an order from branch location, it has been cancelled. The order for other branch locations will still be processed, but you should contact the Spectra Premium customer support at -888-90-8888 to verify the order and plan the shipment of the cancelled parts in your order. 7

USER MANAGER ecat.spectrapremium.com/users USER MANAGER (administrators) USER MANAGER View the list of users who have access to your account. You can add, delete or modify the rights and information for existing users. DETAILS Shows the details for a user and allow you to modify their information and delete them if necessary. ADD USER Creates a new user and assign rights ROLES There are possible roles Buyer is the basic role and only lets a user place orders and Administrator also permits placing orders, but also gives access to the User Manager and the Account Info. SEE PRICES Each user may have the See Prices options checked in or not, which leaves them with the same features, but removes all pricing (product or shipping) from the interface. 8

ACCOUNT INFO ecat.spectrapremium.com/account/information ACCOUNT INFO (administrators) ACCOUNT INFO View information on your account. CLIENT PROFILE View general financial information on your account and details of your credit. The address associated with the company account will automatically become the shipping address. RECENT TRANSACTIONS Lists your last 0 transactions. To view the details of a specific transaction, click Details. 9
