DISCOVERY Landing Page Discussed with Business Team SME s the current login process in CWS-CMS. Interviewed Business Team SME s regarding the priorities a social worker has when logging into a landing page or dashboard. Collaborated and leveraged Intake and CALs design concepts for landing page. Explored alert and summary card concepts that surface valuable information without requiring a click. Designed multiple landing page concepts to be validated during core county feedback research. Link to Design Concepts in progress: https://pdmwlj.axshare.com/ pw:cwds123

Sprint 5.1 Family Finding Tool

DISCOVERY Family Finding Tool Iterated on Family Finding Design Concepts based on core county feedback (e.g. search filters, match scale). Retrospective WHAT WENT WELL Program Increment Planning (work for coming 6 sprints) went well. Based on learnings from the prior PI, the team worked in advance of the PI-5 Planning to identify the features and priorities that are to be delivered, as well as any risks and dependencies. This resulted in a well thought out and comprehensive plan for PI-5. IMPROVEMENT OPPORTUNITY The team continues to work on consolidating meetings and selective participation in meetings / events to maximize available working time. The team is also looking to do more team building activities to fortify self-organizing team culture.

Impediments and Challenges IMPEDIMENTS TEAM CONTROL CHALLENGES TEAM CONTROL none none TEAM INFLUENCE TEAM INFLUENCE Team and program working to develop a more structured none ORGANIZATIONAL none approach to features shared across multiple digital service teams. ORGANIZATIONAL Team directed to use JIRA although configuration and migration was not complete prior to sprint start date.

What s Next? Iterate on CM Landing Page based on county input Iterate on Child Client Profile Page based on county input Iterate on Family Finding Design Concept with core counties Onsite research visit at Lassen County Work with CM core counties to arrange on-site visits
